Statistical Comparison of Distance Education and Satisfaction in Terms of Foundation and State Universities in the Covid Process

Abstract

Ülkeler ve mülki idareler koronavirüs (Covid19) pandemisinin hükmünü yavaşlatmak için ev karantinaları, seyahat kısıtlamaları ve eğitim kurumlarının kapatılması gibi önlemler almak zorunda kalmışlardır. Eğitim kurumlarının kapanmasıyla çok sayıda çocuk, genç ve yetişkin, ilköğretim, ortaokul ve üniversitelere gidememiştir. Bu süreç, öğrencilerin hakkaniyetli bir eğitim almalarını oldukça zorlaştıracak bir durum oluşmuştur. Her iki durumda da eğitim kurumlarının kapanması hükümetler, öğretmenler, öğrenciler, bakıcılar ve ebeveynler için öğrenmenin sürekliliğini sağlamak için benzeri görülmemiş zorluklar oluşturmuştur. Yüz yüze eğitimin durdurulması ülkeleri eğitim sisteminin gelişimini sürdürmek için yenilik yapmaya zorlamış ve diğer yandan da tüm dünyada yeni bir eğitim sistemi şekillenmiştir. Ülkeler kesintisiz yüz yüze eğitim ve öğretime devam etmek için çözüm arayışlarına girmişlerdir. Eğitimin devamlılığı ve öğrenmenin kalitesi büyük ölçüde dijital erişim kalitesine bağlı noktaya gelmiştir. Eğitimin her koşulda sahip olunması gereken ana ihtiyaç olduğu düşüncesiyle Covid 19 pandemisi ile birlikte hem devlet üniversitelerinde hem de vakıf üniversitelerinde dünya genelinde ve ülkemizde uzaktan eğitim kavramı zenginleştirilmiş ve uygulanan faaliyetler konusunda ülke yönetimlerinin uygulamaları hız kazanmıştır. Uzaktan eğitim konusunda acil eylem planları alınarak gerek teknik altyapı, rehberlik hizmetleri ve gerek çeşitli eğitim faaliyetleri ile başarılı yollar kat edilmiştir.

Countries and local governments have had to take measures such as home quarantines, travel bans and closures of schools to slow the spread of the coronavirus (Covid19) pandemic. With the closure of schools, millions of children, youth and adults cannot go to primary, secondary schools and universities. This may make it very difficult for students to receive a fair education in the future. In both cases, governments and teachers, students, parents and caregivers are effected through closures of schools create unprecedented challenges for to ensure continuity of learning and they forced countries to innovate in order to continue the development of the education system, and a new education system was shaped all over the world. Countries have sought solutions for ongoing uninterrupted education. The education progression of and the learning quality have come to the point where digital access quality is largely dependent. With the thought that education is a basic need that must be had under all circumstances, the concept of distance education has been enriched in both state universities and foundation universities all over the world and in our country, and the country practices of administrations on activities implemented have accelerated with the Covid 19 pandemic. Successful progress has been made in distance education by taking emergency action plans, technical infrastructure, guidance services and various training activities.
