Abstract
Son yıllarda mevcut istatistiksel dağılımlardan yeni dağılım elde etme yöntemlerine literatürde sıkça rastlanmaktadır. Bilim insanları bu alanda birçok metot üretmişlerdir. Bu tez çalışmasında önerilen bu yöntemlerden parametre ekleme yöntemi kullanılarak yeni genelleştirilmiş dağılımlar önerilecektir. Daha sonra önerilen bu dağılımların moment, sıra istatistikleri, moment çıkaran fonksiyon gibi bazı istatistiksel özellikleri ve model parametrelerini tahmin etmek için en çok olabilirlik tahmin etme yöntemi üzerinde çalışılacaktır.
In recent years, methods of obtaining new distributions from existing statistical distributions are frequently encountered in the literature. Scientists have produced many methods in this field. New generalized distributions will be proposed by using the parameter addition method, which is one of the methods proposed in this thesis. Then, the maximum likelihood method will be studied to estimate some statistical properties and model parameters of these distributions such as moment, rank statistics, moment generating function.
