Abstract
Bu çalışmada doğal vejetasyonda bulunan 5 farklı dağ reyhanı (Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam.) popülasyonunun morfolojik ve kalite özellikleri belirlenmiş, popülasyonlardan elde edilen üretim materyallerinden kültüre alma çalışmaları yürütülmüştür. Popülasyonların kültür şartları altında verim parametrelerinden yeşil herba verimi 878.33-3173.33 kg/da, drog herba verimi 233.03-1007.55 kg/da, drog yaprak verimi 158.55-563.05 kg/da, uçucu yağ oranı %1.23-%2.89 (v/w) ve uçucu yağ verimi 2.29-13.64 L/da arasında tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmadaki popülasyonların uçucu yağ temel bileşenlerinin pulegone, l-menthone, o-menthone, piperitenone ve 1,8-cineole olduğu belirlenmiştir. Toplam antioksidan aktivite değerleri 32.58-59.03 µmol TE/g, toplam fenolik madde değerleri 165.71-218.00 mg GAE/g ve toplam flavonoid içerikleri 90.40-184.07 mg QE/100 g arasında tespit edilmiştir. Makro-mikro besin elementi ile ağır metal içeriklerinin doğal vejetasyon ve kültür şartlarında farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Türe ait tohumların farklı GA3 dozları ve bekletme süresinde çimlenme parametreleri incelenmiş, 1000 ppm GA3 uygulamasında ve 4 saat bekletme süresinde en yüksek çimlenme değerlerinin elde edildiği belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda popülasyonların kültür yetiştiriciliği şartlarında verim parametreleri ile kalite parametrelerinden uçucu yağ oranı, uçucu yağ verimi ve toplam fenolik madde içeriğinde önemli artışlar görülürken, toplam antioksidan aktivite ve toplam flavonoid içeriğinin azaldığı saptanmıştır. Çalışma neticesinde türün kültür şartlarında verim ve kalite değerlerinin yetiştiricilik için uygun olduğu, popülasyonlar içerisinde ZC-Gevaş popülasyonunun diğer popülasyonlardan daha üstün değerlere sahip olduğu belirlenmiş ve ümitvar popülasyon olarak seçilmiştir.
In this study, 5 different blue mint bush (Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam.) population's morphological and quality characteristics were determined, and culture studies were carried out from the production materials obtained from the populations. Yield parameters of populations under the culture condition, green herb yield 878.33-3173.33 kg/da, drug herb yield 233.03-1007.55 kg/da, drug leaf yield 158.55-563.05 kg/da, essential oil rate 1.23%-2.89% (v/w) and essential oil yield 2.29-13.64 L/da was determined. Major components of essential oil in the study were determined as pulegone, l-menthone, o-menthone, piperitenone and 1,8-cineole. Total antioxidant activity values were found between 32.58-59.03 µmol TE/g, total phenolic substance values between 165.71-218.00 mg GAE/g and total flavonoid contents between 90.40-184.07 mg QE/100 g. It was determined that the macro-micro nutrient and heavy metal contents differed under natural vegetation and culture conditions. The germination parameters of the seeds of the species were examined at different GA3 doses and holding time, and it was determined that the highest germination values were obtained in 1000 ppm GA3 application and 4 hours holding period. As a result of the study, significant increases were observed in yield parameters and quality parameters such as essential oil content, essential oil yield and total phenolic substance content, while total antioxidant activity and total flavonoid content decreased in culture cultivation conditions of the populations. As a result of the study, it was determined that the yield and quality values of the species were suitable for cultivation in the culture conditions, the ZC-Gevaş population among the populations had superior values than the other populations and it was chosen as the promising population.
