dc.description.abstract Rothmund-Thomson Syndrome is an autosomal recessive disease that may be accompained by development abnormalities. Etiology of the disease has been postulated to DNA repair deficiency and intestinal anomaly has been very rarely. The case of RTS. admitted with dysphagia due to esophagus stenosis and his complaints disappeared completely after esophagus dilatation, was discussed ill the light of literature aknowledgement. en_US
