Abstract
Bu çalışma 5 bölümden oluşmuştur. Birinci bölüm giriş ve literatür bilgilerine ayrılmıştır. İkinci bölümde katı cisim hareketlerine ait temel tanım ve teoremlerden bahsedilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ortogonal matrislere ait bazı özellikler açıklanmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde Dual sayılardan behsedilmiş, dual sayılarla ilgili tanım teorem ve özelliklere yer verilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde Euler sabit nokta teoremi dual uzayda çalışılmış ve sabit nokta teoremi yardımıyla uzaysal hareketin vida ekseni bulunmuştur.
This thesis consist of five section. The first section is reserved for introduction and declaration of the literature. In the second section some basic concepts which are belong to rigit body motions are mentioned. In the third section some properties which are belong to ortogonal matrices are explained. In the fourth section it is mentioned about dual numbers and given definitions, theorems and properties about dual numbers. In the fifth section Euler fixed point theorem is studied and screw axis of a spatial motion is found by fixed point theorem.
