Abstract
Bu çalışmada 2019 yılında Vangölü çevresinde 127 lokasyondan toplanan Tir buğdayı genotipleri araziye ekilmiştir. Ekilen bu genotipler içerisinden seçilen 20 hatta ait başaklarda bazı başak özellikleri incelenmiştir. Tir buğdayına ait genotiplerden elde edilen bazı başak özellikleri değerlendirildiğinde, başak uzunluğu 8.1-10.0 cm, başakta başakçık sayısı 9-19 adet, başakta fertil başakçık sayısı 7-15 adet, kılçık uzunluğu 1-3, başakta tane sayısı 15.3-43.6 adet, başakta tane verimi 0.9-3.1 g, başak sıklığı 1-4, kılçık rengi 1-3 başak rengi 1-3, başak kavuz tüylülüğü 0-7, tohum iriliği 3-7, tane rengi 1-3, başak renk analizi 7.2-8.8 kolor metere ve tohum renk analizi 7.5-10.4 kolor metre değerleri arasında değişim göstermiştir. Araştırma sonucunda tir buğdayı hatları içerisinde başakta fertil başakçık sayısı, başakta tane sayısı, başakta tane verimi, başakta başakçık sayısı, başakta başakçık sıklığı, başak ve tane renk analizlerinde 21 nolu genotip diğer genotiplerden üstün bulunmuştur. Özellikle hatlar arasında çok geniş bir varyasyon tespit edilmiştir. Bu amaçla ıslah çalışmalarında yeni çeşitlerin geliştirilmesinde gen kaynağı olarak kullanılması mümkün görülmektedir.
In this study, genotypes of tir wheat collected from 127 locations around Vangölü in 2019 were planted in the field. Some spike characteristics of the spike belonging to 20 genotype selected from these planted genotypes were examined. When some spike characteristics obtained from genotypes of tir wheat are evaluated, the spike length is 8.1-10.0 cm, the number of spikelets in the spike is 9-19, the number of spikelets is 7-15, the awn is 1-3, the grain number in the spike is 15.3-43.6, the grain in the spike. yield 0.9-3.1 g, spike density 1-4, awn 1-3 ear color 1-3, spike hull hairiness 0-7, seed size 3-7, grain color 1-3, spike color analysis 7.2-8.8 color meter and seed color analysis varied between 7.5-10.4 color meter values. As a result of the research, the number of fertile spikelets per spike, the number of grains per spike, the number of spikes per spike, the number of spikes per spike, spike density, the spike and grain color analysis were found to be superior to the other number 21 genotypes, particularly a very wide variation between the lines. For this purpose, it seems possible to use it as a gene source in the development of new varieties in breeding studies.
