Abstract
Dibenzoil metan, aromatik aldehitler ve guanidin (tüyoüre B6) kullanılarak, Biginelli reaksiyon olarak bilinen üç komponentli siklokondenzasyon reaksiyonu ile, çeşitli aminopirimidinler (B1-5) ve tiyopirimidin (B6) elde edildi. Sentezlenen aminopirimidinlerden 5-benzoil -4- (-4- siyanofenil) -6- fenil -1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-2-iminopirimidin bileşiğinin hidrolizi ile -5- benzoil-4-(4-karboksifenil)-6-fenil-1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-2-iminopirimidin bileşiği elde edildi.Sentezlenmiş olan bütün türevlerin yapıları analitik ve spektroskopik yöntemlerle karakterize edildi ve reaksiyon mekanizması tartışıldı.
The aminno and thioxopyrimidine derivatives were synthesized using the Biginelli three component cyclocondensation reaction of dibenzoylmethane, arylaldehydes, and duanidine or thiourea. The 5- benzoyl-4-(4-carboxyphenyl)-6-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-iminopyrimidine (B5) were syntesized via hydrolyses of 5-benzoyl-4-(4-cyanophenyl)-6-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-iminopyrimidine (B4).All of these derivatives have been characterized by analytical and spectroscopic studies and the reaction mechanism was discussed.
