Abstract
Alandaki türlerin Red Data Book Statülerine göre; 4 türün A.1.2, 17 türün A.2, 19 türün A.3, 17 türün A.3.1, 9 türün A.4, 15 türün A.5,1 türün B.1.2, 1 türün B.2, 4 türün B.3, 2 türün B.3.1, 1 türün B.4, 2 türün B.5 statüsünde olduğu saptandı. Aynı zamandan IUCN kriterlerine göre 88 türün LC, 1 türün EN (Oxyura leucocephala), 3 türün NT (Coracias garrulus, Limosa limosa, Crex crex) statüsünde olduğu görüldü.Anahtar kelimeler: CBS(Coğrafik Bilgi Sistemleri), Engil Deltası,Ornitofauna,Sulakalan, Van Gölü
The present study was carried out to determine the bird species as well as the way of using the area for reproduction, feeding and accomodation by birds with geographic position systems (GPS) in Dönemeç Delta located in Lake Van Basin which is one of the most important bird areas.Ninety species and 2 subspecies belonging to 34 families were identified during one year between the period of April 2011 and April 2012. This species were classified as follows % 34,7 (32) Resident, % 53,2 (49) Migrant, % 4,34 (4) Winter Visitor, % 6,52 (6) Transit Migratory, % 1,08 (1) Random species. According to the Red Data Book, 5 species are in A.1.2, 17 species are in A.2, 22 species are in A.3, 16 species are in A.3.1, 8 species are in A.4, 18 species are in A.5, 1 species is in B.1.2, 1 species is in B.2, 4 species are in B.3, 2 species is in B.3.1, 1 species are in B.4, 2 species are in B.5 status. At the same time, according to IUCN criteria, 88 species were detemined to be in LC, 1 species EN (Oxyura leucocephala), 3 species in NT (Coracias garrulus, Limosa limosa, Crex crex) status.Key words: Engil Deltası, GPS, Lake Van, Ornithofauna, Wetland
