E. Determination of Endoparasitic Fauna of the Animals Slaughtered in the Commencial Exchage Abottoire in Ankara

Abstract

ÖZET Kardeş E, Ankara ticaret borsası mezbahasında kesilen hayvanlarda endoparaziter fauna tespiti. Y.Y.Ü. Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü Parazitoloji Anabilim Dalı Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Van, 2008. Bu çalışma 1 Eylül ? 31 Aralık 2007 tarihleri arasında Ankara Ticaret Borsası mezbahasına kesim için getirilen hayvanlarda (sığır, koyun ve keçi) endoparaziter faunanın tespit edilmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Muayene edilen 200 baş sığırın % 99.5, 100 baş koyunun % 100 ve 100 baş keçinin % 100'ünde endoparazitler tespit edildi. Sığırlarda tespit edilen parazitler; Trichostrongylidae spp.'i % 39.5, F.hepatica % 18.5, D.dendriticum % 14, C.hydatid % 8.5, Paramphistomum spp.'i % 7.5, Sarcocystis spp.'i % 4, Metastrongylidae spp.'i % 3.5, Gangylonema % 2.5, Anoplocephalidae spp.'i % 1.5, koyunlarda tespit edilen parazitler; Trichostrongylidae spp.'i % 87, F.hepatica % 39, C.tenuicollis % 36, D.dendriticum % 27, C.hydatid % 41, Paramphistomum spp.'i % 9, Sarcocystis spp.'i % 9, Metastrongylidae spp.'i % 34, Gangylonema % 19, Anoplocephalidae spp.'i % 7, keçilerde tespit edilen parazitler; Trichostrongylidae spp.'i % 79, F.hepatica % 21, C.tenuicollis % 14, D.dendriticum % 16, C.hydatid % 19, Paramphistomum spp.'i % 2, Sarcocystis spp.'i % 7, Metastrongylidae spp.'i % 32 Gangylonema % 14, Anoplocephalidae spp.'i % 4 olmak üzere yukarıda belirtilen endoparazit türlerinden meydana gelmektedir. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları dikkate alındığında Ankara bölgesinde trichostrongylosis'in önemli bir problem olduğu görülmektedir. Bununla beraber distamatozis ve hydatidosis'inde önem arzeden paraziter hastalıklar olduğu görüldü.Anahtar kelimeler: Ankara, Sığır, Koyun, Keçi, Endoparazit

SUMMARY: Kardeş, E. Determination of endoparasitic fauna of the animals slaughtered in the commencial Exchage Abottoire Y.Y.U. This study was performed between 1 September ? 31 December 2007 of the Commencial Exchange Abottoire in the animals (cattle, sheep and goats) brought for slaughter for to determine endoparasites fauna. In the examined in 200 cattle 99.5 %, in 100 sheep 100 %, in 100 goats 100% endoparasite were determined. Parasites determined from catle were; Trichostrongylidae spp. in 39.5 %, F.hepatica in 18.5 %, D.dendriticum in 14 %, C.hydatid in 8.5 %, Paramphistomum spp. in 7.5 %, Sarcocystis spp. in 4 %, Metastrongylidae spp. in 3.5 %, Gangylonema in 2.5 %, Anoplocephalidae spp. in 1.5 %. Parasites determined from sheep were; Trichostrongylidae spp. in 87 %, F.hepatica in 39 %, C.tenuicollis in 36 %, D.dendriticum in 27 %, C.hydatid in 41 %, Paramphistomum spp. in 9 %, Sarcocystis spp. 9 %, Metastrongylidae spp. in 34 %, Gangylonema in 19 %, Anoplocephalidae spp. in 7 %. Parasites determined from goats were Trichostrongylidae spp. in 79 %, F.hepatica in 21 %, C.tenuicollis in 14 %, D.dendriticum in 16 %, C.hydatid in 19 %, Paramphistomum spp. in 2 %, Sarcocystis spp. 7 %, Metastrongylidae spp. in 32 %, Gangylonema in 14 %, Anoplocephalidae spp. in 4 %. When these findings taken into consideration, Trichostrongylosis can be seen as an importent problem in the region of Ankara. Furhermore, distomatosis and hydatidosis also important parasites diseases in this region.Key words: Cattle, Sheep, Goats, Endoparasites, Ankara
