Effects of Arbuscular Mycorhizal Fungus (AMF), Whey and Humic Acids on Fruit Yield and Quality of Melon (Cucumis Melo L.)
Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Arbusküler Mikorhizal Fungus (AMF), peyniraltı suyu ve hümik asitin tekli, ikili ve üçlü ugulamalarının kavunda meyve verimi ve kalitesine etkileri iki yıl süren denemelerle araştırılmştır. Çalışmada hibrit kavun çeşidi (Ballık F1) AMF (Glomus intraradices) ile muamele edilerek yetiştirilen fidelere peyniraltı suyu ve hümik asit uygulamaları yapılmış, kavunda meyve verimi ve kalitesine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada çıkan sonuçlar değerlendirildiğinde; uygulamaların meyve verimini olumlu etkilediğini en yüksek verimin AMF, Peyniraltı suyu ve Hümik asitin bir arada kullanıldığı üçlü uygulamadan elde edildiği tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, effects of single, double and triple applications of Arbuscular Mycorhizal Fungus (AMF), whey, and humic acid on fruit yield and quality of melon were investigated in two years. In this study, hybrid melon cultivar (Ballik F1) was inoculated with AMF species (Glomus intraradices), the seedlings were treated with whey and humic acid; and then fruit yield and quality parameters in melon were investigated. When the results were evaluated in the study; it determined that the applications positively affected the fruit yield, and the highest yield was obtained from the triple applications of AMF, whey, and humic acid.
