Van Gölü Çevresinde Yaşayan Martıların (Larus Argentatus Pontoppidan) Dışkılarında İzole Edilen Salmonella, Shigella, Escherichia Coli ve Citrabakter'lerin Biyokimyasal, Serolojik ve Bazı Patojenite Özellikleri ile Çeşitleri

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Van Gölü çevresinde yaşayan martılara (Larus argentatııs ) ait 100 adet taze dışkı örneği alınarak, Salmonella, Shigella, Escherichia coli ve Citrobacter cinsi mikroorganizmaların izolasyonu ve İdentifikasyonuna çalışıldı. Araştırma sonucunda 100 adet dışkı numunesinden sırasıyla; % 3 oranında Salmonella hvittingfoss serotipi, % 3 oranında Shigella ( 1 adet S. dysenteria, 1 adet S. flexneri ve 1 adt S. sonnei serotipi ), % 37 oranında K coli ve % 10 oranında Citrobacter freundii türleri izole ve identifiye edildi. İzole ve idetifiye edilen 37 adet E. coli susunun sırasıyla; mannoz sensitiv hemaglütinasyon oram % 37.83, mannoz rezistan hemaglütinasyon oranı % 8.10 ve negatif hemaglütinasyon veren suşlarm oram ise % 54.07 olarak belirlendi. Tavşan ince barsak lup testi ile bu suşlann % 32.43 'ünün enteropatojenik suş olduğu belirlendi. İzole ve idetifiye edilen E coli şuşlanmn 12, Salmonella, Shigella ve Citrobacter suşlanmn ise 8 farklı antibiyotiğe duyarlılıkları disk difüzyon yöntemiyle test edildi. Bu araştırma sonucunda; Van Gölü çevresinde yaşayan martıların (Lanıs argentatııs) dışkılarından Shigella sonnei hariç patojen ve nonpatojen E coli, Salmonella hvittingfoss, Shigella dysenteria, Shigella flexneri, ve Citrobacter freundii türü bakterilerin Türkiyede ilk defa izolasyon ve identifikasyonu gerçekleştirildi.

In this study Salmonella, Shigella, E. coli and Citrobacter isolated and identified from 100 fresh faeces of gulls ( Larus argentatus ) living around Lake Van. At the end of the study, Salmonella hvittigfoss serotype 3 % Shigella ( S. aysenteria, S. flexneri and S. sonnei serotyps ), 37 % E. coli and 10 % Citrobacter frenndii samples were isolated and identifed from 100 fresh faeces. Mannose sensitive hemaglutination rate was 8.10 % and negative hemaglutination rate was 37.83 %, mannose resistant hemaglutination rate was 54.07 %. 32.43 % of these samples examined by rabbit small intestine loop test was found to be enteropathogenic. The isolated and identified E. coli samples, examined by disc diffusion test, were found to be resistant to 12 antibiotics while Salmonella, Shigella and Citrobacter's were observed to resistant to 8 different antibiotics. At the and of this study, from faeces of gull ( Larus argentatus ) living around Lake Van, except Shigella sonnei, all pathogen and non-pathogen E. coli, Salmonella hvittingfoss, Citrobacter freundii, Shigella aysenteria and Shigella flexneri bacteria were isolated and identified in Turkey for the first time.
