The Effect of Different Nitrogen Doses on Yield and Yield Components of Second Crop Sesame (sesamum Indicum L.) Varieties Under Diyarbakir Conditions
Abstract
Diyarbakır ikinci ürün koşullarında 2019 yılında kurulan denemede, farklı iki susam (Sesamum indicum L.) çeşidine (Arslanbey ve Boydak) uygulanan farklı azot dozlarının verim ve verim öğeleri üzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Deneme, her parselde 4 sıra olacak şekilde tesadüf bloklarında bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü kurulmuştur. Denemede, çeşitler ana parsellere, azot dozları (0 kg da-1, 5 kg da-1, 10 kg da-1 ve 15 kg da-1) ise alt parsellere yerleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada; bitki boyu, ilk dal yüksekliği, bitki başına yan dal sayısı, bitki başına kapsül sayısı, kapsülde tane sayısı, kapsül uzunluğu, bin tane ağırlığı, tohum verimi, ham yağ oranı ve ham yağ verimi gibi özellikler incelenmiştir. Araştırma neticesinde bitki boyu, ilk dal yüksekliği, bitki başına yan dal sayısı, kapsül uzunluğu, kapsülde tane sayısı ve bin tane ağırlığı bakımından çeşitler arasında istatistiksel olarak önemli farklar bulunmuştur. Farklı azot dozları arasında, tohum verimi ve ham yağ verimi üzerine etkileri açısından istatistiksel olarak önemli farklılıklar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada incelenen özelliklerde saptanan en yüksek değerler; bitki boyu: Boydak çeşidi ve N3 dozundan (164.33cm), ilk dal yüksekliği: Boydak çeşidi ve N2 dozundan (40.47cm), yan dal sayısı: Boydak çeşidi ve N3 dozundan (7.13 adet/bitki), kapsül sayısı: Boydak çeşidi ve N3 dozundan (226.47 adet), kapsül uzunluğu: Arslanbey çeşidi ve N3 dozundan (3.78cm), kapsülde tane sayısı: Arslanbey çeşidi ve N3 dozundan (76.53 adet/kapsül), bin tane ağırlığı: Boydak çeşidi ve N3 dozundan (3.65g), tohum verimi Boydak çeşidi ve N3 dozundan (245.89 kg da-1), ham yağ oranı: Boydak çeşidi ve N3 dozundan (%41.56) ve ham yağ verimi: Boydak çeşidi ve N3 dozundan (101.94 kg da-1) elde edildiği saptanmıştır.
In the trial established in 2019 under Diyarbakir second crop conditions, it was aimed to determine the effects of different nitrogen doses applied to two different sesame (Sesamum indicum L.) varieties (Arslanbey and Boydak) on yield and yield elements. The trial was conducted with three replications according to the split plots experimental pattern in randomized blocks with four rows in each plot. In the trial, varieties were placed in the main plots, while nitrogen doses (0 kg da-1, 5 kg da-1, 10 kg da-1 ve 15 kg da-1) were placed in the subplots. In the study, plant height, first branch height, number of side branches per plant, number of capsules per plant, seed number per capsule, capsule length, thousand seed weight, seed yield, crude oil ratio, and crude oil yield were investigated. As a result of the research, statistically significant differences were found between the varieties in terms of plant height, first branch height, number of branches per plant, capsule length, seed number per capsule and thousand seed weight. It has been found that there are statistically significant differences between different nitrogen doses in terms of their effect on seed yield and crude oil yield.
