Abstract
In this study, we investigated the effects of composites made of natural ceramics on the ballistic performance of fabrics woven in mesh with high density poly ethylene yarns and natural ceramics for the production of ballistic armor, and the prototypes produced were investigated after ballistic testing. In this study, the weight, ergonomic design and ballistic performances of the composite armor produced according to the currently used armor materials were examined and the ballistic performance was obtained in the tests made with different weapons and bullets on the armor.
