Abstract
Nemrut ve Süphan Dağlarının yamaçlarına kurulmuş olan Ahlat ilçesi, bağlı bulunduğu Bitlis iline 59 km, Van İline ise 189 km uzaklıkta yer almaktadır. Kentte farklı medeniyetler hüküm sürdüğünden kent, birçok medeniyetin izlerini taşımaktadır. Ahlat'ta ilk kazılar, 1968-1991 yılları arasında yapılmış ve çok sayıda sırlı ve sırsız seramik ortaya çıkartılıp müzeye kazandırılmıştır. Ortaya çıkartılan bu buluntulara yönelik, Beyhan, Haluk ve Nakış KARAMAĞARALILAR tarafından hazırlanan makale ve tezler oluşan yayınlardır. Bu tarihlerden sonra kazılar devam etmiş ve çok sayıda yeni seramik buluntular ortaya çıkartılmıştır. Ahlat kazıları dışında Bitlis Kalesi'nde Prof.Dr. Kadir PEKTAŞ başkanlığında 2004 yılında başlanan kazı çalışmaları günümüzde Ahlat Müze Müdürlüğü başkanlığında devam etmektedir. Ayrıca Muş, Varto-Tepeköy Höyüğü Kurtarma Kazısı 2014, 2017-2018 tarihleri arasında Ahlat Müze Müdürlüğü başkanlığında yapılmış ve yeni sırlı seramik buluntular ortaya çıkartılmıştır. Bu çalışma, yukarda belirtilen kazılardan Ahlat Müzesi'ne kazandırılan Ortaçağ İslami Döneme ait sırlı seramikler ve satın alma yoluyla müzeye getirilen buluntulardan oluşmaktadır. Çalıştığımız eserler dışında müzede; Eski Ahlat Şehri, Bitlis Kalesi, Muş Tepeköy Höyüğü, Muş Kayalıdere Kalesi kazıları ile satın alma, hibe ve müsadere (zor alım) yoluyla gelen eserler bulunmaktadır. Söz konusu çalışmada envanterlik ve etütlük eserler yer almaktadır. 61 adet seramiğin 1/100 ölçülerinde kesit ve motif çizimleri yapılarak, iç ve dış yüzeylerinin fotoğrafları çekilerek, katalog çalışmaları oluşturulmuştur. Ayrıca farklı kazı alanlarında bulunan bu seramiklerin benzer ve farklılıkları; malzeme, form, süsleme teknikleri ve süsleme çeşitlerine göre değerlendirilmeye alınmıştır. İncelenen örnekler, yayınlarda yer alan diğer kazı buluntuları ve farklı müzelerde bulunan eserler ile karşılaştırılmıştır.Yapılan karşılaştırma neticesinde bu çalışmada ele alınan seramiklerin Ortaçağ Türk-İslam Sanatındaki önemi vurgulanmaya çalışılmıştır. Farklı kazı alanlarında ortaya çıkartılan, Ahlat Müzesi'nde bulunan sırlı seramikleri belli bir disiplin içerisinde bilim dünyasına tanıtmak amaçlarımız arasında yer almaktadır. Ahlat District, which is established on the slopes of Nemrut and Süphan Mountains, located in 59 km from Bitlis Province and 189 km from Van Province. Many different civilizations ruled in the city, as a consequence the city carries the traces of many civilizations. The first excavations in Ahlat made between 1968-1991, lots of glazed and nonglazed ceramics were unearthed and brought to the museum. Publications on these unearthed foundlings consist of, articles and theses prepared by Beyhan, Haluk and Nakış KARAMAĞARALILAR. After these dates excavations continued and lots of new ceramic foundlings were unerthed. Except the excavations of Ahlat excavations in Bitlis Castle that started under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Kadir PEKTAŞ in 2004 are in progress under the presidency of Ahlat Museum Directorate. Also between the dates of 2014, 2017-2018 Ahlat Museum Directorate hold the precidency of Muş, Varto-Tepeköy Mound Rescue Excavation and new glazed ceramic foundlings were unearthed. This study consists of glazed ceramics that belongs to Medieval Islamic Period which brought to the Ahlat Museum from the last excavations that mentioned above and foundlings brought to the Museum by purchasing. Except from the artifacts we worked on in the museum; there are artifacts obtained through the excavations of Old Ahlat City, Bitlis Castle, Muş Tepeköy Mound, Muş Kayalıdere Castle by purchasing, grant and confiscation(hard purchase). In the study in question, there are inventory and study works. Catalog studies were created by drawing sections and motifs in 1/100 dimensions of 61 ceramics, by taking photographs of their inner and oter surfaces. In addition, the similarities and differences of these ceramics found in different excavation sites evaluated according to their material, form, decoration techniques and decoration types. Examined samples were compared with other excavation foundlings in publications and artifacts found in different museums. As a result of the comparison made the importance of the ceramics presented in this study in Medieval Turkish-Islamic Art was aimed to be emphasized. Introducing the glazed ceramics in the Ahlat Museum ,which were unearthed in different excavation areas, to the scientific World within a certain discipline is among our aims.
