Abstract
Bu tez çalışmasında manyetik yapılı yarıiletken kristallerde özdirencin dış magnit alana bağlı davranışı incelenmştir.Özel olarak,antiferromagnit kristaller ele alınmış ve dış magnit alanın etkisi ile magnit momentin değişmesinin özdirenci nasıl etkilediği araştırılmıştır.Bilindiği gibi normal yarıiletken ve iletken kristallerde özdirenç magnit alanın etkisiyle artar.Antiferromagnit yarıiletkenlerde ise magnit alanın artması ile özdirencin azaldığı gözlemlenmiştir.Bu sonuç EuSe yarıiletkenleri üzerine yapılmış deney sonuçları ile karşılaştırılmış ve tezde bulunan teorik sonuçlarla deney sonuçlarının iyi uyum sağladığı tespit edilmiştir.Bu karşılaştırmadan yararlanarak EuSe yarıiletken kristallerinde değiş tokuş etkileşim parametresi değerlendirilmiştir.
In this study,the behaviour of electrical resistivity dependent on external magnetic field has been investigated in magnetic semiconductor crystals.In particular,antiferromagnetic crystals have been studied and it has been investigated that how the variation of magnetic moment by the external magnetic field affect the electricial resistivity.As is known,the electrical resistivity increases in the normal semiconductor and conductor crystals by magnetic field.However,it has been observed that the electrical resistivity decreases by increases of the magnetic field in the antiferromagnetic semiconduktors.This result has been compared with the results of the experiments carried out on EuSe semiconductors.The obtained theroretical results in this study are in good agreement with the experimantal results.The exchange interaction parameter has been evaluated using this comparison in EuSe semiconductor crystals.
