Research of Possibility the Transformation and the Sensitive of Antibiotic at Some Gram Negative Microorganisms in Belonging of Enterobacteriaceae Groups Isolated From Seawer Waters

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Kampüs alanındaki kanalizasyon sularından izole edilenEnterobacteriaceae üyelerine ait bazı Gram negatif bakterilerden Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella spp. ve Enterobacter spp. suşlarına disk diffüzyonmetoduyla antibiyogram testi yapıldı. İmipenem, amphicillin, sulbactam amphicillin,ceftazidime, chloramphenicol, nitrofurantoin, streptomycin, tetracycline ve metronidazoleantibiyotikleri denendi.Çalışmada Bergey's Manuel of Determinative Bacteriology'e göre izolasyonu yapılantoplam 235 bakteri üzerinde çalışıldı. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella spp. veEnterobacter spp. suşlarının tümünde denenen antibiyotiklerden imipeneme karşı yüksekseviyede duyarlılık gözlendi. Ayrıca en yüksek antibiyotik dirençliliği Escherichia coli'deamphicillin, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella spp. ve Enterobacter spp. suşlarında isemetronidazol olduğu test edildi. Transformasyon testlerinde verici olarak Escherichia coliZPC21 suşu, alıcı olarak ise Escherichia coli ZPC37 suşu kullanıldı. Imipenem, amphicillin, sulbactam amphicillin,ceftazidime, chloramphenicol, nitrofurantoin, streptomycin, tetracycline and metronidazoleare tested the antibiotics.According to Bergey?s Manuel of Determinative Bacteriology?e it is isolated 235bacteria, as total. We have observed sensitive at high level against imipenem from testingantibiotics all of them of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella spp. ve Enterobacter spp.strains. In addition it has tested amphicillin at Escherichia coli highest antibiotic resistanceand happened metronidazol at Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella spp. and Enterobacterspp. strains. At the isolates were determined the ceftizidime antibiotic resistance originatedplasmid at the Escherichia coli. We used in Escherichia coli ZPC37 strain as recipient,Escherichia coli ZPC21 strain as donör at the transformation tests.
