Abstract
Duodenal biyopsi, başta Gluten enteropatisi olmak üzere çeşitli duodenal patolojilerin tanısında ve tedaviye cevabın değerlendirilmesinde önemli katkısı olan temel bir inceleme yöntemidir.Bu çalışmada histokimyasal boyamaların, duodenal biyopsilerde histopatolojik bulgulara katkısını ortaya koymak amacıyla Masson Trikrom, PAS, d-PAS, PAS-AB, HID-AB boyaları kullanıldıÇalışmada, Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinde 2001-2010 yılları arasında 50 tanesi ?Gluten Enteropatisi? ve 50 tanesi ?duodenit? olmak üzere toplam 100 olguya ait örnekler değerlendirmeye alındı. On tane ?normal histolojik özellikte duodenum mukozası? ise kontrol grubu olarak tekrar değerlendirildi.PAS, d-PAS, PAS-AB, HID-AB ile gastrik metaplazi ve gruplar arasında boyanma paterni farklılığının olup olmadığı araştırıldı Çalışma gruplarımızda gastrik metaplazi tespit edilemedi. Ayrıca, iki çalışma grubunda da kontrol grubu ile aynı paternde boyanma görüldü.Masson Trikrom ile bir olguda saptanan giardiazis hariç, subepitelyal kollajende kalınlaşma ve mukozal kollajen-fibroziste artış iki grupta da saptanmadı.Mevcut bulgular ile duodenal biyopsilerde; histokimyasal boyamaların, pratikte en sık karşılaşılan duodenit ve Gluten enteropatisinde ayırıcı tanısında iyi hazırlanmış (iyi fiksasyon, iyi takip, ince kesit ve iyi boya) Hemotoksilen-Eozin (H&E) kesitlerine bir üstünlüklerinin mevcut olmadığı sonucuna varıldı.Anahtar Kelimeler: Duodenum, Histokimyasal boyama, Gluten Enteropatisi.

In this study, histochemical staining, histopathological findings of duodenal biopsies in order to demonstrate the contribution of Masson?s trichrome, PAS, d-PAS-AB, HID-AB dyes were utilized.In this study, between the years 2001-2010 at the faculty of medicine of Yüzüncü Yıl University, 50 of gluten enteropathy, 50 of duodenitis and 10 of normal histological duodenal mucosa characteristics of the samples were evaluated who were diagnosed 110 cases.PAS, d-PAS, PAS-AB, HID-AB and gastric metaplasia and reactive epithelial changes were evaluated with in those groups. In our study groups, gastric metaplasia could not be detected. Moreover, normal histological characteristics of small bowel mucosa with same pattern of staining was seen in three working groups.Exception of a giardia with Masson?s trichrome; thickening of the subepithelial collagen and mucosal fibrosis were not detected in there groups.In duodenal biopsies; although the histochemical staining may be useful in the detection of certain diseases such as giardiasis and histochemical staining of gastric metaplasia, Hemoteaxylin-eosin sections was concluded that the more evaluable in the differential diagnosis.Keywords: Duodenum, Histochemical Staining, Gluten Enteropathy.
