The Effects of Yield and Yield Components of Organic Manures on Dry Bean(Phaseolus Vulgaris L.)in Inoculation and Uninoculation Conditions
Abstract
Araştırma, aşılı ve aşısız koşullarda farklı organik gübrelerin fasulyede verim ve verim öğelerine etkilerini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Kantar?05 fasulye çeşidi DAP (14 kg/da), tavuk (2 ton/da), koyun gübreleri (2 ton/da) ve kontrol şeklinde ekilmiştir. Deneme Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesine ait deneme tarlalarında tesadüf bloklarında bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre üç tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada bitki boyu, ilk bakla yüksekliği, bitkide dal sayısı, bitkide bakla ve tane sayısı, baklada tane sayısı, birim alan tane verimi, hasat indeksi, biyolojik verim, yüz tane ağırlığı, tanedeki protein oranı ve nodül sayısı gibi özellikler incelenmiştir. En yüksek birim alan tane verimi 153.9 kg/da ile aşılama ve tavuk gübresi uygulamasından elde edilirken, en düşük değer ise 102.1 kg/da ile kontrol parsellerinden elde edilmiştir. The study was conducted to determine effects of different organic manures on the yield and some yield components in bean in inoculation and uninoculation conditions. Kantar?05 dry bean cultivar was sown with control, DAP (14 kg/da), chicken and sheep (2 tones/da) manures. The trial was conducted in the fields of Agricultural Faculty of Yuzuncu Yıl University by using split plots design in randomized blocks with the three replications. In the study were investigated components as the plant height, first pod height, numbers of branche, numbers of pod per plant and numbers of seed per plant, numbers of seed per pod, seed yield per unit area, harvest index, biological yield, 100 seed weight, protein ratio in seed and numbers of nodule. While the highest seed yield per area was obtained from inoculation and chicken manure with 153.9 kg/da, the lowest value was obtained from control plots with 102.1 kg/da.
