Histopathological Diagnosis Analysis of Histerectomy in Van Training and Research Hospital Between 2012-2016

Abstract

Bu çalışma 2012 ve 2016 yılları arasında histerektomi yapılan ve patoloji sonuçlarına ulaşılan 227 hastanın verileri üzerinde yapıldı. Tüm yaş gruplarının genel değerlendirilmesi yapıldı. En sık histerektomi nedenleri ve en çok uygulanan cerrahi işlemler tespit edildi. Sağlık Bakanlığı Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi Van Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Kadın Doğum kliniğine bu 5 yıllık süreç içerisinde gelen ve gerekli tetkik ve incelemelerden sonra histerektomi operasyonuna alınan hastalar çalışmaya dahil edildi. Retrospektif olarak kayıtların taranması şeklinde planlanmış olan bu çalışmanın amacı; benign hastalıklar nedeniyle yapılan histerektomilerin sayısı, yaş grupları, cerrahi endikasyonlarının neler olduğu ve nihai patoloji sonuçlarının araştırılması ve bu materyallerin histopatolojik sonuçlarının karşılaştırılarak incelenmesidir. Histerektomi operasyonu sonrası hastaların hazırlanan patoloji raporları tek tek incelendi. Histerektomi ameliyatının en çok ve en az yapıldığı yaş grupları, nedenleri, yaş gruplarına hangi cerrahi işlemin uygulandığı ve histopatolojik sonuçlarının neler olduğu retrospektif olarak incelenerek ortaya konuldu. Çalışmamızda istatistiksel olarak belirgin bir fark kaydedilmedi. Elde edilen bulguların daha önce yapılan çalışmalarla parallelik gösterdiği tespit edildi. Sonuçlar literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Benign, histerektomi, retrospektif analiz.

This study was carried out on the data of 227 patients who underwent hysterectomy between 2012 and 2016 and reached pathology results. Overall evaluation of all age groups was performed. The most common causes of hysterectomy and the most common surgical procedures were identified. The patients who were admitted to Ministry of Health University of Health Sciences Van Training and Research Hospital, Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic during this 5-year period and underwent hysterectomy after necessary examinations were included in the study. The purpose of this study, which was planned as screening of the records retrospectively, The aim of this study was to investigate the number of hysterectomies performed for benign diseases, age groups, indications for surgery and the results of final pathology and to investigate the suitability of histopathological results. After the hysterectomy operation, the prepared pathology reports of the patients were examined individually. Hysterectomy was performed by examining the most and least age groups, causes, surgical procedures and histopathological results of the age groups retrospectively. No statistically significant difference was found in our study. Previous studies showed that the parallels with other studies. The results were discussed in the light of literature.
