A Taxonomical Research on the Macrofungi Grown in Geçitli Village (hakkâri) and It's Around

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Hakkâri il sınırları içerisinde yer alan Geçitli köyü çevresinde yetişen ve 2021-2022 yılları arasında doğal habitatlarında toplanan makromantar örnekleri üzerinde yapılmıştır. Çalışma alanı içerisinde yer alan arazilerde toplanan mantar örneklerinin doğal yetişme ortamlarındaki renkli resimleri çekilmiş olup, mantarların ekolojik ve morfolojik özelliklerinin yanı sıra etnomikolojik verileri de arazi defterine not edilmiştir. Arazi ve laboratuvar çalışmaları sonucunda teşhisleri yapılan örneklerin Agaricomycetes, Leotiomycetes ve Pezizomycetes sınıflarına ait 7 takım ve 31 familya içerisinde dağılım gösteren toplam 115 makromantar türü olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunların 31 tanesinin yenen, 64'nün yenmeyen ve 20'sinin de zehirli olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yapılan bu çalışma ile 6 yeni makromantar türü ülkemiz biyoçeşitliliğine kazandırılmıştır. Bunlar; Hymenoscyphus albidus (Gillet) W. Phillips (Helotiaceae), Cortinarius helvelloides (Fr.) Fr. (Cortinariaceae), Inosperma calamistratum (Fr.) Matheny & Esteve-Rav. (Inocybaceae), Hymenopellis megalospora (Clem.) R.H. Petersen (Physalacriaceae), Pterula subulata Fr. (Pterulaceae) ve Sistotrema confluens Pers. (Hydnaceae)'dır. Teşhisleri yapılan makromantar örneklerinin sistematikleri belirlenmiş, basidiokarp ile spor fotoğrafları çekilmiş ayrıca yayılışları, yenilebilirlik durumları, diğer özellikleri, yeni kayıt olanların deskripsiyonları da verilmiş olup Van Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi, Fen Fakültesi, Biyoloji Bölümü, Mikoloji Araştırma laboratuvarında (VANF) saklanmaktadırlar.

This study was conducted on macrofungal specimens collected from the natural habitats around Geçitli village, located within the boundaries of Hakkâri province, between 2021 and 2022. Colorful photographs of the mushroom samples collected in the study area were taken in their natural growing environments, and the ecological and morphological characteristics of the mushrooms, as well as ethnomycological data, were recorded in the field notes. As a result of field and laboratory studies, a total of 115 macrofungi species were identified, distributed among 7 orders and 31 families belonging to the classes Agaricomycetes, Leotiomycetes, and Pezizomycetes. Among these, 31 were edible, 64 were inedible, and 20 were identified as poisonous. With this study, 6 new macrofungus species have been added to the biodiversity of our country. The new records are; Hymenoscyphus albidus (Gillet) W. Phillips (Helotiaceae), Cortinarius helvelloides (Fr.) Fr. (Cortinariaceae), Inosperma calamistratum (Fr.) Matheny & Esteve-Rav. (Inocybaceae), Hymenopellis megalospora (Clem.) R.H. Petersen (Physalacriaceae), Pterula subulata Fr. (Pterulaceae) and Sistotrema confluens Pers. (Hydnaceae)'dır. The macrofungi specimens have been diagnosed, their systematic classifications have been determined, and photographs of basidiocarps and spores have been taken. Additionally, their distribution, edibility status, other characteristics, and descriptions of newly recorded species have been provided. These specimens are stored at the Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Faculty of Science, Department of Biology, Mycology Research Laboratory (VANF).
