Analysis of Foreign Trade Structure of Bitlis Province

Abstract

Dünyada ülkelerin sahip olduğu sermaye, teknoloji ve doğal kaynaklar bakımından farklılık göstermektedir. Ülkelerin sahip olduğu bu farklılıklar ülkeler arasında dış ticaretin oluşmasını sağlamıştır. Özellikle Merkantilizm görüş ile başlayan dış ticaret klasik iktisadi görüşün önemli temsilcilerinden olan Adam Smith'in 'Mutlak üstünlükler teorisi' ve David Ricardo'nun 'Karşılaştırmalı üstünlükler teorisi' ile daha da önemli olmaya başlamıştır. Ülkeler arasında dış ticaretin temel prensiplerinin yer aldığı bu teoriler, dünya çapında ticaretin küreselleşmesini sağlayarak, farklı mal ve hizmetlerin üretilmesini ve pazarlanmasını sağlamıştır. Ülkelerin büyümesinde ve kalkınmasında önemli bir yeri olan dış ticaret yerel anlamda da büyüme ve kalkınmayı sağlayan önemli bir politika aracı olarak görülmektedir. Ekonomik büyüme ve kalkınmada önemi gittikçe artan dış ticaret hem ulusal hem de bölgesel olarak önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bundan dolayı Bitlis ilinin sosyo-ekonomik anlamda gelişmesinde dış ticaretin önemli bir yeri vardır. Bu çalışmada Bitlis ilinin Türkiye'nin dış ticaretindeki yeri ve önemi üzerinde durulmuş ve dış ticaretin özelde Bitlis ilinin genelde ise Türkiye'nin ekonoınisine olumlu katkıları olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Countries in the world differ in terrns of capital, technology and natura! resources. These differences between countries have led to the forrnation of foreign trade between countries. Foreign trade, which started with the view of Mercantilism, has become even more important with Adam Srnith's 'Absolute Advantage Theory' and David Ricardo's 'Comparative Advantages Theory', one of the important representatives of the classical econornic view. These theories, which include the basic principles of f oreign trade between countries, ensured the globalization of trade around the world and enabled the production and marketing of different goods and services. Foreign trade, which has an important place in the growth and development of countries, is seen as an important policy tool that provides growth and development in the loca! sense. Foreign trade, which is becorning increasingly important in economic growth and development, has an important place both nationally and regionally. Theref ore, foreign trade has an important place in the socio-economic development of Bitlis province. in this study, the place and importance of Bitlis province in Turkey's foreign trade has been emphasized and it has been deterrnined that foreign trade has positive contributions to the economy of Turkey in general and the province of Bitlis in particular.
