Investigation of Seebeck's Coefficient and Electrical Properties of Schottky Diodes With Different Copper Ratios From Constantan Upper Contact Over a Wide Temperature Range
Abstract
Konstantan (Cu%55Ni%45) alaşımındaki bakır yüzdesi değiştirilerek, elde edilen Schottky diyotların 300-700 oK sıcaklık bölgesinde Seebeck katsayısının ve bazı elektrik özelliklerinin araştırılmıştır. Üretilen diyotlara ısı uygulanarak Seebeck katsayıları, düz ve ters gerilim uygulanarak diyotlara ait temel elektriksel parametreler hesaplanmıştır. Bir aygıt olarak, sıcaklığı arttırılmış Schottky diyotun termoelektrik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bakır oranı değiştirilerek, değişimin etkisi araştırılmıştır
By changing the percentage of copper in the Constantan (Cu%55Ni%45) alloy, the Seebeck coefficient and some electrical properties of the obtained Schottky diodes were investigated into 300-700 oK temperature range. Seebeck coefficients were calculated by applying heat to the produced diodes and the basic electrical parameters of the diodes were calculated by applying forward and reverse voltage. As a device, the ther-moelectric properties of the temperature-increased Schottky diode were studied. By changing the copper ratio, the effect of the change was investigated.
