Effect of Different Nitrogen and Phosphorus Doses on Seed Germination and Seedling Quality on Tomato

Abstract

Bu araştırmada 1 kısım elenmiş toprak + 1 kısım elenmiş kum + 1 kısım elenmiş yanmış ahır gübresi karışımına, 0-400-800-1600 gr/m3'N ve 0-600-1200-1800 gr/m3 P2Os uygulamaları yapılmıştır. Çalışma tesadüf blokları deneme deseni faktöriyel düzeyinde üç tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda domateste tohum çimlenmesine ve domateste gerçek yaprak görülmesine, çimlenme oranına, kotiledon uzunluğu ve genişliğine, hipokotil uzunluğuna, kök boğaz çapına, 30-40-50 günlük fidede fide boyuna, kök boğazı çapına, yaprak sayısına, fide ağırlığına, 50 günlük fide yaprak alanına azotun 1600 gr/m3, fosforun 1800 gr/m3 dozları ve bu dozların interaksiyonlarının en iyi etkiyi yaptığı belirlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Domates, Çimlenme, Fide, Azot, Fosfor.In this research, to the mixture of same amount of sieving soil, sieving sand and sieving burnt dung 0-400-800-1200-1600 gr/infN, 0-600-1200-1800 gr/cm3 P205 were added. This research were made in the form of concidence blocks trial design factoriel with three repetition. As a result, the dosages of 1600 gr/cm3 Nytrogen and 1800 gr/cm3 phosphor and their interactions made the best effect on, the duration of seed germination and real leaf appearance, germinating ratio, cotiledon length and width, hypocotil length, seedling length for 30-40-50 days, root diameter, number of leaves, seedling weight and seedling leaf area for 50 days of the tomato.Key Words: Tomato, Germination, Seedling, Nitrogen, Phosphorus.
