An Investigation on the Mustafa Ruhi Şirin's Works Which Are Aimed at Children

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, çocuk edebiyatı yazarlarından Mustafa Ruhi Şirin'in çocuklar için kaleme almış olduğu eserleri eğitsel açıdan incelemektir. Çalışma, eserlerin ana fikrini tespit etmeye yöneliktir. Ele alınan eserler, edebi kriterlere göre değerlendirilerek çocuk eğitimi açısından sahip oldukları nitelikler ortaya konulmuştur.Çalışma dokuz bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Mustafa Ruhi Şirin'in hayatı, eserleri ve edebi kişiliği hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.İkinci bölümde Mustafa Ruhi Şirin'in çocuk ve çocuk edebiyatı hakkındaki görüşleri, yetişkinlere yönelik eserlerinden faydalanılarak ortaya konulmuştur.Üçüncü bölümde çocuğun tanımı yapılıp çocuğun gelişim dönemleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.Dördüncü bölümde edebiyat ve çocuk edebiyatının tanımları verilip çocuk edebiyatının eğitsel amaç, işlev ve nitelikleri ortaya konulmuştur.Beşinci bölümde inceleme alanımıza giren çocuk edebiyatı türlerinden şiir, masal, hikâye ve denemenin tarifleri yapılarak eğitsel işlevleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.Altıncı bölümde yazarın mektup türünde yazmış olduğu mektupların özeti verilerek bu eserlerde aktarılmak istenen eğitsel iletiler verilmiştir.Yedinci bölümde sanat masalı türünde yazılmış olan masalların özeti verilerek bu eserlerde aktarılmak istenen eğitsel iletiler verilmiştir.Sekizinci bölümde çocuklar için yazılan hikâyeler ile bunların eğitsel açıdan sahip olduğu niteliklere yer verilmiştir.Dokuzuncu bölümde yazarın çocuklar için kaleme aldığı şiirlerin tam metni verilerek bunların eğitsel açıdan incelemesi yapılmıştır.Çalışmanın sonunda ise ?sonuç?, ?kaynakça? ve ?özet? bölümleri yer almaktadır.The purpose of this study is to examine the children books written by Mustafa Ruhi Şirin, one of the child literature authors, in the educational aspect. The study is about to identify the main ideas of the works. The examined works are evaluated according to literary criteria and their qualifications on children's education are determined.The work consists of nine sections. The first section provides information about Mustafa Ruhi Sirin's life, works and literary personality.In the second part, Mustafa Ruhi Şirin's views on child and child literature are put forth with the help of his works for adults.Definition of the child is done and information about development stages of child is given the in the third part.Descriptions of literature and child literature are given and educational purpose, function and properties of child literature are determined in the fourth chapter.In the fifth part, Description of poetry, tale, story, and essay which are the parts of child literature are done and information about their educational functions is given.In the sixth chapter, educational messages in the writer?s works are desired to be imported by giving the summary of the letters written by the author.In the seventh section, by giving summary of the tales written at the type of tale of art, educational messages in these books are desired to be imported.The stories written for children and their educational qualifications are given in the eighth section.By giving the full text of the poems written for children by the author, their reviews in educational point are done.And At the end of the study, there are such parts as 'result', 'bibliography' and 'summary'.
