The Couplets Wi̇th Dates From Leyla Hanim's and Şeref Hanim's Divans

Abstract

Bu çalışmada ilk önce Ebced hesabı hakkında, daha sonra Divan edebiyatı kadın şairlerimizden; Leyla Hanım ve Şeref Hanım hakkında bilgi verildi. Şairlerin divanlarında geçen tarih beyitleri şerh edilerek tarihlerin ne için yazıldığı belirtildi. Tarih beyitlerindeki harflerin ebced hesabındaki sayısal değerleri toplanarak tarih beyitlerinin yazıldığı tarihler hesaplandı ve matbu divanda verilen tarihlerle karşılaştırıldı. Leyla Hanım ve Şeref Hanım divanlarındaki tarih beyitleri vezinlerine, beyit sayısına, yazılış amaçlarına, mahlaslarına göre tablo haline getirilip iki şairin divanlarındaki tarih metinleri tablo halinde karşılaştırıldıIn this study, firstly, information was given about Abjad calculation and later on women poets of the Divan literature, Leyla Hanım and Şeref Hanım. The couplets consisting the dates in the Divans of these poets were annotated and why these dates were written was specified. The numerical values of the letters in the couplets consisting the dates were added up and the writing date of these couplets were calculated and compared with the dates given in the printed divan. Leyla Hanım and Şeref Hanım's date couplets in their divans were compared in charts and tables according to their rythyms and number of couplets, writing purposes, and their pseudonyms.
