Abstract
Bu tez çalışmasında Hippodamia variegata ve Adalia fasciatopunctata revelieri'nin siyah fasulye yaprakbiti, Aphis fabae üstünde tüketim oranları, üreme, gelişme ve yaşam çizelgesi parametreleri yaş ve döneme özgü iki eşeyli yaşam çizelgesine göre belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada avcıların kafes denemeleriyle etkin salım oranları da belirlenmiştir. Denemeler 25±1 ºC sıcaklık % 60±5 orantılı nem ve 16:8 saatlik aydınlık: karanlık şartlarına ayarlanmış iklim odasında yürütülmüştür. Aphis fabae'nin kalıtsal üreme yeteneği (r) 0.195±0.013 gün-1, üreme gücü sınırı (λ) 1.220±0.01 gün-1, net üreme gücü (R0) 11.74±1.880 birey ve ortalama döl süresi (T) 12.41±0.256 gün olarak saptanırken, Hippodamia variegata için aynı sıralayla 0.182±0.009 gün-1, 1.200±0.010 gün-1, 210.83±53.05 birey ve 29.33±0.54 gün, Adalia fasciatopunctata revelieri için ise 0.150±0.014 gün-1, 1.162±0.017 gün-1, 66.543±23.058 birey ve 27.92±1.55 gün olarak saptanmıştır. Hippodamia variegata'nın Aphis fabae üstünde net tüketim oranı 1075.14±95.28 yaprakbiti olarak saptanırken, A. fasciatopunctata revelierei'nin ise 436.23±80.19 yaprakbiti olarak saptanmıştır. Hippodamia variegata'nın tüketim parametreleri; Qp: 5.10±1.31, ψ: 7.18±0.18 ve ω: 8.62±0.25 olarak bulunurken, A. fasciatopunctata revelierei'nin ise sırasıyla Qp: 6.56±2.80, ψ: 6.30±0.37 ve ω: 7.32±0.49 olarak saptanmıştır. Avcıların zararlıyı baskı altına alma süreleri kafes denemelerinde farklılık göstermiştir. Çalışma sonunda, H. variegata'nın A. fasciatopunctata revelierei'ye kıyasla A. fabae üstünde daha etkili bir avcı olduğu değerlendirilmiştir.
In this thesis study, the predation rates, reproduction, development and life table parameters of Hippodamia variegata and Adalia fasciatopunctata on the black bean aphid, Aphis fabae, were determined according to the age-stage, two-sex life table. In the study, the effective release rates of the predators were determined by cage experiments. The experiments were carried out in a climate room adjusted to 25±1 ºC temperature, 60±5% relative humidity and 16:8 hours light: dark conditions. The intrinsic rate of increase of Aphis fabae (r) 0.195±0.013 days-1, the finite rate of increase (λ) 1.220±0.01 days-1, the net reproduction rate (R0) 11.74±1.880 individuals and mean generation time (T) 12.41±0.256 days, respectively, for Hippodamia variegata 0.182±0.009 days-1, 1.200±0.010 days-1, 210.83±53.05 individuals and 29.33±0.54 days, for Adalia fasciatopunctata revelierei 0.150±0.014 day-1, 1.162±0.017 day-1, 66.543±23.058 individuals and 27.92±1.55 days. While the net predation rate of H. variegata on A. fabae was determined as 1075.14±95.28 aphids, it was determined as 436.23±80.19 aphids of A. fasciatopunctata revelierei.
