Abstract
Yetişkinlerde çocukluk çağı travmaları ile somatizasyon ve psikolojik dayanıklılık arasında ilişkinin incelenmesi amacıyla planlanan bu çalışma tanımlayıcı desende gerçekleştirildi. Çalışmanın örneklemini Van ilinnin Tuşba ilçesindeki aile sağlığı merkezlerine sağlık hizmeti almak için başvuran 18 yaş ve üzeri 397 kişi oluşturdu. Veriler, 'Anket formu', 'Somatizasyon Ölçeği', 'Yetişkinler için Psikolojik Dayanıklılık Ölçeği', 'Çocukluk Çağı Travmaları Ölçeği' kullanıldı. Veriler, Kasım 2023-Nisan 2024 tarihleri arasında toplandı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS 30 paket programı kullanıldı ve %95 güven aralığı ve %5 anlamlılık dikkate alınarak verilerin analizi yapıldı. Ek olarak bağımsız gruplarda t testi ve korelasyon analizi yapıldı. Katılımcıların çocukluk travma düzeyleri ile psikolojik dayanıklılık ve somatizasyon düzeyleri arasında negatif yönde, psikolojik dayanıklılık ile somatizasyon düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönde ilişkili olduğu saptandı. Çocukluk travmaları alt boyutları arasında duygusal ihmalin, daha fazla olduğu; psikolojik dayanaklılıkta ise sosyal kaynaklar alt boyutu puan ortalamasının yüksek olduğu belirlendi. Sonuç olarak, katılımcıların somatizasyon ve çocukluk travmalarının orta düzeyde, psikolojik dayanıklılıklarının yüksek olduğu saptandı.
This study, planned to examine the relationship between childhood traumas, somatization and psychological resilience in adults, was carried out with a descriptive design. The sample of the study consisted of 397 people aged 18 and over who applied to family health centers in Tuşba district of Van province to receive health services. 'Questionnaire form', 'Somatization Scale', 'Psychological Resilience Scale for Adults', 'Childhood Trauma Scale' were used for data. Data was collected between November 2023 and April 2024. SPSS 30 package program was used to evaluate the data and the data was analyzed by taking into account 95% confidence interval and 5% significance. Additionally, t test and correlation analysis were performed in independent groups. It was determined that there was a negative relationship between the participants' childhood trauma levels and their psychological resilience and somatization levels, and a positive relationship between their psychological resilience and somatization levels. Among the sub-dimensions of childhood trauma, emotional neglect is more prevalent; In psychological resilience, it was determined that the mean score of the social resources subscale was high. As a result, it was determined that the participants' somatization and childhood trauma levels were moderate and their psychological resilience was high.
