Determining of Yield and Quality Characteristics of Coriander (Coriandrum Sativum L.) Varieties Cultivated on Different Dates
Abstract
Bu çalışma Van-Gevaş ekolojik koşullarında bir adet yerli kişniş populasyonu ile Ankara Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesinde tescil edilen 2 kişniş çeşidinin (Arslan ve Gürbüz) dört farklı ekim zamanında (05 Nisan, 20 Nisan, 05 Mayıs, 20 Mayıs) verim ve kalite özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla 2009 yıllında tesadüf bloklarında faktöriyel deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür.Araştırmada incelenen özelliklerden bitki boyu bakımından çeşitler arasında istatistik olarak fark bulunmamış, ortalamalar 68.9-74.7 cm arasında değişim göstermiştir. Farklı ekim zamanı uygulamalarında en yüksek bitki boyu 74.9 cm ile 20 Nisan ekim zamanından elde edilmiştir.Denemede en yüksek tohum verimi 37.6 kg/da Gürbüz çeşitinden elde edilirken, ekim zamanları içerisinde 42.1 kg/da ile 5 Nisan ekim zamanından elde edilmiştir. Ekim zamanındaki gecikmeler verimi azaltmıştır.En yüksek uçucu yağ oranı % 0.45 ile Arslan çeşitinden elde edilmiştir. Ekim zamanları içerisinde ise % 0.5 ortalama ile 20 Mayıs ekiminden elde edilmiştir. Uçucu yağ verimi bakımından gerek çeşitler gerekse ekim zamanları arasında fark bulunmamış ve ortalamalar 0.09-0.116 L/da arasında değişim göstermiştir.Uçucu yağ bileşenlerinden linalool oranı % 68.3-74.8 arasında, değişim göstermiştir. Gamma terpinen uçucu yağ bileşeni çeşitlerde değişmemiş, ortalamalar % 7 ile 8 arasında değişim göstermiştir. Ekim zamanları arasında en yüksek ortalama 20 Nisan ekiminden % 8.8 olarak elde edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Kişniş, Ekim Zamanı, Verim, Uçucu Yağ Oranı, Uçucu Yağ bileşeni

The highest plant length was obtained from April 20 sowingtime.The highest seed yield as 37.6 kg/da was obtained from minör granuler coriander variety and as 42.1 kg/da from April 5 cultivate time. Delay on cultivate time decreased to seed yield.The highest essential oil ratio was obtained as 0.45 % from Gürbüz variety. The highest essential oil ratio was obtained as 0.5 % from May 20 sowing time. In terms of essential oil it was no different in varieties and in cultivate times. The essential oil yield average values changed from 0.09 to 0.116 L/da.Linalool which essential oil component ratio was changed from 68.3 % to 74.8 %. Gamma terpinen ratio was changed from 7 % to 8 %.
