The Critical Assessment of Accounts About the Descending of the Jesus: the Case of Hadith Between 153 and 241 of Heigra

Abstract

Hz. İsa'nın vefatı/ref'i, kıyametin kopacağının bir işareti ve habercisi olarak tekrar nüzul edip etmeyeceği meselesi, İslam düşünce tarihini en fazla meşgul eden ve günümüzde de halen canlılığını koruyan önemli konulardan biridir.Bu çalışmada biz, öncelikle Hz. İsa'nın nüzulüne dair diğer dinlerin bu konuya nasıl yaklaştıklarını irdeledikten sonra, asıl konumuz olan bu konudaki hadisleri değerlendirmeye aldık.Tezimizin I. bölümünde bu konudaki hadisleri kronolojik sıraya tabi tutarak verdik. Ardından bu hadislerin sened ve metin tenkidini yaptık. Hz. İsa'nın nüzulüne dair rivâyetler, ilk dönem hadis kitaplarında on beş sahabe tarikiyle gelmektedir. Bu tariklerden sadece ikisi sened itibariyle sahihtir. Metinsel açıdan ise, rivâyetlerin içerisinde birçok çelişki bulunmaktadır. Bu hadisleri Kur'an'a arz ettiğimizde Kur'an'daki ilgili ayetlerden Hz. İsa'nın vefat ettiğini öğrenmiş bulunmaktayız.Tarih boyunca ezilen halkların beklediği bu Mesih/Kurtarıcı telakkisi, Müslümanlarla diğer din mensuplarının girdiği fikri tartışmalardan neşet ederek İslam'a girmiştir. Allah, Kur'an'da İslam dinini tamamladığını ve Hz. Peygamber'in de son peygamber olduğunu bildirmiştir. Dolayısıyla Hz. Peygamber'den sonra bir kurtarıcı beklemek Kur'an'a ve Hz. Peygamber'den rivâyet edilen sahih hadislere ters bir durumdur.

The death/resending of Jesus Christ as an apocalyptic sign has haunted the Islamic World us one the great est controversies of all times.In this study we have analiced the wiev of the other religions about this issue and evaluated the hadith related with this topic. Accounts about this topic come through. The hadith sources of the first period within the context of fifteen companions of the Prophet (s.a.v.).In the I. chapter of our thesis, we have presented the hadith related with this subjest according to the chronotopical order. We found that path throught which the above mentioned 15 hadithes are passed is only yielding to two accurate foundations.Contextual analysis also revaled many contradictory accounts. When we refer to the Quran, Jesus Christ is understood to have died. The conconception of Jesus as a Messiah/ Saver expected by the downtrodden people, throughout the history, has been incorporated into the interreligious controversies and entered into Islam, too. Allah has revaaled that the prophet Muhammad (s.a.v.) is the last religion. The concept of Jesus as the savour is contradictory with the accurate traditions of our Prophet (s.a.v.)
