Abstract
Arastırma, Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi Toprak Bilimi ve Bitki Besleme Bölümüneait iklim odasında kontrollü kosullarda, tam sansa bağlı deneme desenine göreyürütülmüstür. Arastırmada humik asit (HA) ve kadmiyumun hıyar (Cucumis sativusL.) bitkisinde, kadmiyum birikimine ve fide gelisimine etkileri arastırılmıstır. Humikasidin üç (0, 1000 ve 2000 ppm HA) ve kadmiyumun bes (0, 0.5, 2.0, 8.0 ve 32 ppmCd ) dozu kullanılmıstır. Sonuç olarak, artan kadmiyum dozlarının sürgün ve köklerdeCd konsantrasyonunu (P<0.01) arttırdığı ve fide gelisim kriterlerini olumsuz yöndeetkilediği, humik asidin ise sürgün yas ağırlığını (P<0.05), kök yas ağırlığını (P<0.01)arttırdığı belirlenmistir.?nteraksiyonların, sürgün yas ağırlığı, sürgün kuru ağırlığı, kök yas ağırlığı(P<0.01) ve yaprak sayısına etkileri (P<0.05) önemli bulunmustur.
This study was carried out as randomized experimental design in chamber roomof Soil Science and Plant Nutrition Departmant in Yüzüncü Yıl University. It wasaimed that to determination of the effects of humic acid and cadmium on cadmiumaccumulation and plant growth in cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.). Four doses of humicacid (0, 1000, 2000 ppm HA) and five doses of cadmium (0, 0.5,2.0,8.0,32 ppm Cdnitrate ) were used in this study. As a resut, increasing cadmium doses increased (P < 0.01) Cd concentration inshoots and roots and negatively effected yield criteria. Humic acid positively effectedshoot fresh weight (P<0.05), and root fresh weight ( P<0.01).The effects of interactions on shoot fresh weight, shoot dry weight, root freshweight (P<0.01) and leaf number (P<0.05) was determined as significant.
