Isolation of Dermatophytes From Cattle, Sheep, Goats and Van Cats in Van and Its Around

| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, klinik olarak dermatofitozis şüphesi görülen bazı evcil hayvan türlerinden dermatofitlerinizolasyonuamaçlandı. Toplam 170 evcil hayvanın incelendiği projede, hayvanların 57'sinden (%33.5) dermatofit türü izole edilirken, 113 (%66.5) hayvandan ise her hangi bir dermatofit türü izole edilmedi. İncelenen 54 sığırın 18'ü (%33.3), 44 koyunun 8'i (%18.1), 21 keçinin 7'si (%33.3) ve 51 Van kedisinin 24'ü (%47.1) dermatofit yönünden pozitif bulundu. Dermatofitozis etkeni olarak hayvanların 13'ünden (%22.8) Trichophyton (T.) verrucosum, 13'ünden (%22.8) T. rubrum, 10'undan (%17.5) Microsporum (M.)gypseum, 9'undan (%15.7) T. tonsurans, 7'sinden (%12.2) M. mentagrophytes, 3'ünden (%5.2) M. canisve 2'sinde (%3.5) ise M. nanumüredi. Sonuç olarak, Van ve yöresindeki sığır, koyun, keçi ve Van kedilerinden en yüksek oranda T. verrucosumand T. rubrumizole edildi. | en_US |
