Which Aims at Determining the Level of Financial Affordabilities of Schools Primary Education

Abstract

İlköğretim okullarının finansman ihtiyaçlarını karşılama düzeylerini tespitetmeyi amaçlayan bu araştırma başlıca beş bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümde; araştırmanın problemi, amacı, önemi,sayıltıları, sınırlılıklarıve tanımlarına yer verilmiştir.İkinci bölümde; Kuramsal çerçeveye yer verilmiştir. Bu bölüm üç altbölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci alt bölümde ilgili kaynaklar, ikinci alt bölümde yasaldayanaklara göre ilköğeretim okullarının gelir kaynakları ve üçüncü alt bölümde iseilköğretim okullarının özel gelir kaynakları üzerinde durulmuştur.Üçüncü bölümde; araştırmayla ilgili yöntem bilgilerine değinilmiştir.Araştırma, betimsel bir inceleme olarak genel tarama modeline göre yapılmıştır.Araştırmanın evreni 2004-2005 eğitim-öğretim yılında Van ili merkezinde bulunanilköğretimokullarında çalışan okul müdürü, öğretmen ve okul aile birliğibaşkanlarıdır. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise, Van ili merkez ilköğretim okul müdürlerive okul aile birliği başkanlarının tamamı (48) ile random yoluyla seçilen 108öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veriler, araştırmacı tarafından genelliklesayı, yüzde ve gruplandırma yapılarak özetlenmiştir.Dördüncü bölüm; araştırma sonucu elde edilen bulgulara ve bu bulgularınyorumlanmasına ayrılmıştır.Araştırmanın son bölümünde ise; araştırmanın özeti, sonucu ve bu sonuçlaradayanılarak yapılan öneriler yer almaktadır.The study, which aims at determining the level of financial affordabilities ofschools of primary education, consists mainly of five chapters.In the first chapter, the problem, objective, importance, accountabilities,limitations, definitions of the research are given.In the second chapter, a theoretical framework is given. This chapter isdivided into thre parts, The first part is devoted to the related sources, the second partis devoted to the financial resources of the schools of primary education based on thelegal basis, the third chapter is devoted to the private financial resorces of the schoolsof primary education.In the third chapter, some information about the methodology related with theresearch has been given. The research was conducted according to general scanningmodel and based on descriptive analysis. The area, in which our research wasconducted, constituted school managers, teachers and chiefs with in the boards ofschool and family unions. The sampling of the research was composed of a total of48 chiefs of school and family unuons and schools and 108 teachers chosen atrandom. The data obtained from the analyses were summarized through grouping,perecntage and parameters.The fourth chapter was devoted to the evaluations of the findings obtained inthe research.The last chapter of this study consists of the summary of the research andrecommendations based on the results obtained from the study.
