Abstract
Son dönemde dünyayı etkisi altına alan Covid-19, Çin'in Hubei Eyaletinin Wuhan Kenti'nde ortaya çıkmış ve yaşamın birçok alanında etki göstermiştir.
Covid-19, which has affected the world recently, emerged in Wuhan City of China's Hubei Province and has affected many areas of life. The direct and indirect effects of the Covid-19 epidemic, which started to be seen in Turkey as of March 2020, caused problems by disrupting daily life, and this disruption also showed its effect in the field of education. In this context, education was suspended in kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, high schools and higher education after the first consultation in Turkey on March 11, 2020. Then, on March 23, 2020, with a decision taken by the Ministry of National Education, face-to-face education was suspended and the distance education program was started. The Covid-19 epidemic has affected the education system in many countries and caused radical changes in the way education is implemented. Our country was also affected by this situation, suspended face-to-face education, and switched to the distance education system, which is a very young education policy. In this study, the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the education policies of the Gürpınar district of Van province was examined.
