Abstract
The study was conducted to determine effects of different levels of nitrogen (0, 3 ve 6 kg/da) and suphur (0, 3 ve 6 kg/da) on yield and some yield components in chickpea (Aziziye - 94) in Van ecological conditions.Experiment were laid out in factorial complete blocks design with three replicates at the fields of University of Yüzüncü Yıl, Faculty of Agriculture in 2007. In this study, It was investigated the effects of nitrogen and sulphur levels on plant height, first pod height, branch number per plant, pod, seed number and per plant, seed number per pod, 1000 seed weight, and seed yield per unit, protein rate nodule number per plant and in seeds.According to results of the study, the highest seed yield per area (154.2 kg/da) was obtained from Aziziye ? 94 cv with 6 kg/da nitrogen and sulphur 6 kg/da application.
