Dr. Ahmet KAZANKAYAOcak 2007, 56 sayfaBu çalışma Hakkâri merkezinde doğal olarak yetişen kuşburnulardan üstün özellikleresahip genotiplerin seçilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma 2005-2006 yılları arasındaişaretlenen 50 kuşburnu tipi üzerinde yapılmış ve seleksiyon kriterleri doğrultusunda yapılandeğerlendirmeler sonucunda, 11 adet ümitvar tip tespit edilmiştir. Bu tiplerde meyve ağırlıkları1.55-3.92 g, meyve eti oranları % 63.35-76.69, C vitamini değerleri 479.82-916.46 mg/100 g,kuru randımanları % 46.25-59.39, suda çözünebilir kuru madde miktarları % 16.00-27.50değerleri arasında değişmiştir. Seçilen tiplerde aroma durumu 5 adet iyi derecede, 6 adet ortaderecede; dikenlilik durumu ise 4 tipte az, 5 tipte orta, 2 tipte çok derecede olarak tespitedilmiştir.Anahtar kelimeler: Hakkâri, Kuşburnu, Meyve, Seleksiyon,i

Prof. Dr. Ahmet KAZANKAYAJanuary 2007, 56 pagesThis study was conducted to select the best quality rosehip genotypes grown wild inHakkari central. The fifty marked rosehip genotypes were studied in 2005 and 2006, and theeleven hopeful types were determined with the evaluations based on the selection criteria. Thefruit weights, fruit flesh ratios, vitamin C ratios, dry matter contents, and soluble solidcontents of these selected genotypes ranged from 1.55 g to 3.92 g; from 63.35% to 76.69%;from 479.82 mg 100 mg to 916.46 mg 100 mg; from 46.25% to 59.39%; and from 16.00 brix to27.50 brix, respectively. The five of the selected genotypes had good aroma and the rest hadmedium level aroma. It was also determined that the four, five and two of the selectedgenotypes had spines at low, medium, and high levels, respectively.Key words: Fruit, Hakkari, Rosehip, Selection,iii
