Abstract
Rosai-Dorfman disease or Sinus Histiocytosis with Massive Lymphadenopathy (SHML) is an idiopathic, benign, self-limited disorder characterized by painless cervical lymphadenopathy, fever, and weight loss. The disease most commonly affects children and young adults. A 3-year-old child with Rosai-Dorfman Disease was presented. The diagnosis was made by a cervical lymph node biopsy. The disease have regressed spontaneously and 3 years follow-up was uneventful.
