On the Qualitative Behavior of Solutions of Differential Equations of Second and Fourth Order

Abstract

Bu çalışma altı bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde çalışmamızla ilgili literatürdeki bilinen çalışmalar özetle verildi. İkinci bölümde kullanılacak materyal ve yöntem belirtildi. Üçüncü bölümde çalışmada yararlandığımız temel tanım ve teoremler verildi. Dördüncü bölümde ikinci mertebeden belli iki diferansiyel denklemin çözümlerinin yakınsak olması için yeter şartlar elde edildi. Beşinci bölümde ilk olarak dördüncü mertebeden belli bir diferansiyel denklemin çözümlerinin Demidovic anlamında sınırlayıcı düzen olması için yeter şartlar oluşturuldu, sonra dördüncü mertebeden n-gecikmeli belli bir diferansiyel denklemin çözümlerinin asimptotik kararlılığı ve sınırlılığı için yeter şartlar oluşturuldu.

This thesis consists of six chapters. In the first chapter, some information related to the qualitative behaviors of solutions of differential equations in the literature is given.In the second chapter, some materials and methods which are used in the thesis were stated. In the third chapter, some basic definitions and theorems with respect to the thesis were given. In the fourth chapter, sufficient conditions for convergence of solutions of certain two nonlinear differential equations of second order were obtained. In the fifth chapter, first, sufficient conditions for a limiting regime in the sense of Demidovic for certain differential equations of fourth order were discussed, and then asymptotically stability and boudedness of solutions of non-linear differential equations of fourth order with n-multiple delays were investigated.
