Pathological Studies on Hepatic Lesions in Goats Slaughtered at Bitlis Abattoir
Abstract
Lezyonlu karaciğerlerin 19'unda (%28) görülen kolangiohepatitisin ilk sırayı aldığı, bunu dicrocoeliazis (%22), fasciolazis (%16) ve hydatidosis'in (%12) izlediği görüldü.Sonuç olarak çalışmada, karaciğer bozukluklarının oranı %2.4 olarak saptanmış, karaciğer lezyonları içerisinde paraziter kökenli olanların ilk sırayı aldığı ve bunu yangısal değişikliklerin takip ettiği tespit edilmiştir
This study was undertaken to determine macroscopic and microscopic characteristics and the incidence of hepatic lesions in goats slaughtered at Bitlis abattoirs. For this purpose, 2810 goat livers were examined and in 68 cases (2.4%) different lesions were detected. Among 19 liver with lesion cholangiohepatitis (28%) was the most common lesion, and it followed by dicrocoeliasis (22%), fasciolasis (16%), and hydatidosis (12%).In conclusion, it was found that 2.4% of goat had liver lesions. The most common changes were parasitic lesions, followed by inflammatory changes
