Abstract
Bu çalışma, 2001 - 2002 ve 2002 - 2003 üretim yıllarında Şanlıurfa ekolojik koşullarında bazı kolza çeşitleri için optimum azot ve tohumluk miktarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma Şanlıurfa'nın Akçakale ilçesinde sulu şartlarda bölünen bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre dört tekrarlamah olarak yürütülmüştür. Denemede üç farklı kolza çeşidine (Bristol, Eurol ve Capitol) dört farklı azot dozu (0, 10, 15 ve 20 kg/da) ve üç değişik tohumluk miktarı (0.8, 1.0 ve 1.2 kg/da) uygulanmıştır. Denemede bitki boyu, ana dal sayısı, harnup sayısı, harnup uzunluğu, harnupta tohum sayısı, bin tane ağırlığı, dekara tohum verimi, ham yağ oranı, ham yağ verimi, ham protein oram ve ham protein verimi gibi karakterler incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, en yüksek tohum verimi her iki yılda da sırasıyla 301.25 ve 283.57 kg/da ile Capitol çeşidinin 1.2 kg/da tohumluk ve 20 kg/da azot dozu uygulamasından elde edilmiştir. En düşük tohum verimi ise her iki yılda da aynı çeşitten sırasıyla 168.58 ve 166.07 kg/da ile 1.2 kg/da tohumluk ve 0 kg/da azot dozu uygulamasından alınmıştır. Tohum verimi üzerine azot dozlarının istatistiksel olarak önemli derecede etkisi olmuştur.Anahtar kelimeler: Kolza, çeşit, azot, tohumluk miktarı, verim
The study was carried out in production years of 2001 - 2002 and 2002 - 2003 in Şanlıurfa conditions in order to determine the optimum seed amount and nitrogen level for some rapeseed cultivars. The study was conducted with four replications according siplit siplit pilot under irrigation conditions in Akçakale county of Şanlıurfa. In this trial, three rape seed cultivars (Bristol, Eurol and Capitol), four different nitrogen levels (0, 10, 15 and 20 kg/da) and three seed amounts (0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 kg/da) were applied. In this study, plant height, number of primary branches, number of capsule, lenght of capsule, seed per capsule, 1000 seed weight, seed yield, crude oil ratio, crude oil yield, crude protein ratio and crude protein yield were investigated. According to the results of this reaserch, the highest seed yield were found for Capitol as 301.25 and 283.57 kg/da with 1.2 kg/da seed and 20 kg/da of nitrogen applications in both production years. The lowest seed yield were found from the same cultivar (Capitol) as 168.58 and 166.07 kg/da with 1.2 kg/da seed and 0 kg/da nitrogen applications in both production years.
