Atrofik Gastritli Hastalarda Total Siyalik Asit, Antioksidan Enzim Aktiviteleri, İz Elementler ve Vitamin Durumu

dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Atrofik Gastrit hastaları ve kontrol gruplarında antioksidan enzim aktiviteleri, MDA, GSH, GSH-Px, CAT, SOD, Toplam Sialik Asit, bazı iz elementler (Cd, Cd, As, Cr, Cu, Mn, Mo, Sb, V, Se, Pb, Zn) ve mineraller (K, Mg, Na) ile bazı biyokimyasal ve hematolojik parametrelerin seviyeleri belirlenmiş, ayrıca parametreler arasındaki korelasyonlar değerlendirilerek Atrofik Gastrit ile ilişkileri incelenmiştir. Atrofik gastrit ve kontrol grubu arasındaki iz elementler, mineraller, vitaminler, antioksidan enzim aktiviteleri ile bazı biyokimyasal ve hematolojik parametrelerin istatistiksel analizi sonucunda, Atrofik Gastrit gruplarında: Co, Se, Mg, K, Fe, Zn, Se/Co, GSH, GSH-px, CAT, SOD, α-tokoferol, Kolekalsiferol, Vitamin B12, Folat, HDL, HGB, RBC, RDW-SD (p<0.01, p<0.005, P<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001, p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001, p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.01, sırasıyla) önemli bir azalma görülmüştür. Ancak, Cu, Cu/Fe, Cu/Zn, Zn/Mg, LSA, MDA, TSA (p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001, p<0.05, p<0.001, p<0.01, p<0.001 sırasıyla) önemli bir artış belirlenmiştir. Öte yandan, As, Cd, Cr, Mn, Mo, Pb, Sb, V, Cr/Mg, Cu/Co, Zn/Co, Retinol, Filokinon, ALT, AST, Ca, Cl, Ferritin, GGTP, Glikoz, Kolesterol, Kreatinin, LDL, Na, Trigliserid, Ürik Asit, VKİ, Yaş, HCT, MCV, PLT, MPV, PDW, MCH, RDW-CV, WBC üzerine yapılan istatistiksel analizlerde önemli bir değişiklik (p>0.05) gözlenmemiştir. Korelasyon analizi sonucunda, Cu - Cu/Co (r = 0.991; p = 0.001), Zn - Zn/Co (r = 0.989; p = 0.001), Kolesterol - LDL (r = 0.939; p = 0.001), SOD - HCT (r = -0.927; p = 0.001), SOD - HGB (r = -0.926; p = 0.001), ALT - AST (r = 0.866; p = 0.001), HGB - HCT (r = 0.851; p = 0.001), RDWCV - RDWSD (r = 0.806; p = 0.001), Cu/Zn - Cu/Co (r = 0.799; p = 0.001), SOD - MCHC (r = -0.794; p = 0.001), HCT - RBC (r = 0.791; p = 0.001), Cu - Cu/Zn (r = 0.777; p = 0.001), Cr - Cr/Mg (r = 0.760; p = 0.001), HGB - MCHC (r = 0.744; p = 0.001), Cu - Cu/Fe (r = 0.708; p = 0.001), Cu/Co - Cu/Fe (r = 0.706; p = 0.001), SOD - RBC (r = -0.665; p = 0.001), ALT - GGTP (r = 0.654; p = 0.001), HGB - RBC (r = 0.603; p = 0.001), MPV - PLT (r = -0.562; p = 0.001), MCHC - RDWCV (r = -0.538; p = 0.001), Ferritin - MCV (r = 0.532; p = 0.001), Zn - Cu/Zn (r = -0.522; p = 0.001) arasında yüksek derecede anlamlı korelasyonlar bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak, bazı vitaminler, iz elementler ve mineraller, biyokimyasal parametreler ve oksidatif parametrelerde istatistiksel olarak ölçülen azalmalar, atrofik gastrit hastalarının antioksidan sisteminde bir dengesizliğe neden olarak hastalığın gelişimine yol açmaktadır. Bu çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlar gelecekte referans değeri olarak kullanılabilir. | |
dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study was to evaluate the activities of antioxidant enzymes, MDA, GSH, GSH-Px, CAT, SOD, Total Sialic Acid and the trace elements (Cd, As, Pb, Cr, Mn, Cu, Mo, Sb, V, Se, Zn), and minerals (K, Mg, Na) in patients diagnosed with Autoimmune Atrophic Gastritis and within the Control group. Furthermore, the study examined the associations between these metrics and Autoimmune Atrophic Gastritis. A statistical study on trace elements, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant enzyme activity, Total sialic Acid, and various biochemical and haematological parameters, the Atrophic Gastritis group and the control group exhibited the following differences: Co, Fe, K, Mg, Se, Zn, Se/Co, GSH, GSH-px, CAT, SOD, α-tocopherol, Cholecalciferol, Vitamin B12, Folate, HDL, HGB, RBC, RDW-SD. (p<0.01, p<0.005, P<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001, p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001, p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.01, p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.01, respectively), there was a large drop. Increases of considerable magnitude were seen in Cu, Cu/Fe, Cu/Zn, Zn/Mg, LSA, MDA, and TSA (p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001, p<0.001, p<0.01, p<0.001 respectively). No significant (p>0.05) changes were observed in the statistical analyses performed on Cd, Cr, As, Mn, Mo, Pb, Sb, V, Cr/Mg, Cu/Co, Zn/Co, Retinol, Phylloquinone, ALT, AST, Ca, Cl, Ferritin, GGTP, Glucose, Cholesterol, Creatinine, LDL, Na, Triglyceride, Uric Acid, BMI, Age, MCV, MCH, HCT, MPV, PDW, PLT, RDW-CV, WBC. As a result of the correlation analysis, Cu - Cu/Co (r = 0.991; p = 0.001), Zn - Zn/Co (r = 0.989 ; p = 0.001), Cholesterol - LDL (r = 0.939 ; p = 0.001), SOD - HCT (r = -0.927 ; p = 0.001), SOD - HGB (r = -0.926 ; p = 0.001), ALT - AST (r = 0.866 ; p = 0.001), HGB - HCT (r = 0.851; p = 0.001), RDWCV - RDWSD (r = 0.806 ; p = 0.001), Cu/Zn - Cu/Co (r = 0.799 ; p = 0.001), SOD - MCHC (r = -0.794 ; p = 0.001), HCT - RBC (r = 0.791 ; p = 0.001), Cu - Cu/Zn (r = 0.777 ; p = 0.001), Cr - Cr/Mg (r = 0.760 ; p = 0.001), HGB - MCHC (r = 0.744 ; p = 0.001), Cu - Cu/Fe (r = 0.708 ; p = 0.001), Cu/Co - Cu/Fe (r = 0.706 ; p = 0.001), SOD - RBC (r = -0.665; p = 0.001), ALT - GGTP (r = 0.654 ; p = 0.001), HGB - RBC (r = 0.603 ; p = 0.001), MPV - PLT (r = -0.562 ; p = 0.001), MCHC - RDWCV (r = -0.538). Ultimately, the imbalance in the antioxidant system of atrophic gastritis patients, resulting from deficiencies created by a statistically observed reduction in certain vitamins, trace elements, minerals, biochemical parameters, and alterations in oxidative parameters, ultimately leads to the development of the disease. The findings derived from this study may serve as a benchmark in subsequent investigations. | en_US |
