Abstract
Bu çalışmada, iki kademeli bir servovalfm ikinci kademesine bir yük basıncı geribeslemesi eklenerek servovalfm modellemesi yapılmış ve transfer fonksiyonu elde edilmiştir. Bu geribeslemenin valfın kararlılığı üzerine etkisi bilgisayarda kök ve zaman-cevabı eğrileri çizilerek incelenmiştir. Servovalfa eklenen yük basıncı geribeslemesinin sistemin kararlılığını olumsuz yönde etkilediği görülmüştür. Çalışmanın diğer bir kısmında ise, bu servovalf bir ekstrüzyon tezgah modelinin kontrol ünitesinde kullanılmıştır. Sistemin çıkış değerleri bilgisayar simülasyon olarak elde edilmiştir. Simülasyon neticesinde, ekstrüzyon basıncı ve ekstrüzyon hızının büyük oranda tezgah üzerindeki piston alanları, sürtünmeler ve valf kapasitesi tarafından etkilendiği görülmüştür. In this study, a servovalve with two stages was modeled by adding a load pressure feedback to the second stage, then a transfer function was obtained. The effect of this feedback on the stability of the valve was investigated by drawing the root-locus and time-response curves on a computer. It was seen that added load pressure as a feedback disturbed the stability of the system. In addition to that, this servovalve was used in the control unit of an extrusion workbench model. Output values of the system were realized as a computer simulation study. Simulation studies have indicated that extrusion pressure and speed were affected greatly by effective piston areas, friction forces and valve capacity.
