Eğitim Sistemimizin Şekillenmesinde İdeolojinin Yeri

Abstract

Bu araştırma 'Cumhuriyet Dönemi Eğitim Sisteminin Şekillenmesinde İdeolojilerin Yeri'ni ele almaktadır. Burada şu üç temel konu incelenmektedir: * İdeoloji Nedir? * Cumhuriyet Dönemine Kadar Eğitim Sistemi * Cumhuriyet Döneminde Eğitim ile İdeolojilerin İlişkisi Bu çalışma, alan araştırması ve literatür taraması yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Çağımızın özelliklerinden biri, insanların gönül ve kafalarında ideallerin yeşermemesi, idealistlerin yetişmemesidir. Bu sebeple ideallerden değil, belki ideolojilerden bahsedilebilir. İkinci bir özelliği de ideolojilerin yayılma çabalarında, en önemli vasıta olarak, eğitim kurumlarım görmeleridir. Siyasal toplumsallaşma ve toplumsal değişimde eğitim kurumlarının rolü ise, siyasî yapı ve düşünceye göre şekillenir. Şayet çalkantılı bir dönem ise, herkes okula yüklenir, eleştirir. Fakat refah içinde olunan bir dönem ise, okul, yerine getirdiği görevleri ve ideolojik fonksiyonları sebebi ile eleştirileri üzerine çekmez. Hele bir de karşı-ideolojiler çok zayıfsa okullar resmî ideolojilerin birer kurumu halini alırlar. Çünkü halk siyasî yapıyı benimsemiştir. İşte bu sebeple bu araştırma Türk Eğitim Sistemi'nin, Cumhuriyet dönemindeki yapısını ve resmî ideolojinin nasıl ve hangi fikrî temellerle şekillendiğini ve eğitimi şekillendirdiğini incelemektedir.

In this study which is named as The Rolls of ideologies of Being Structured of The Educational System in The Republic Time are explained as following: * What is the meaning of the ideology? * The Turkish educational system of by the republic time. * The relations of the education and the ideologies in the republic time. In this study that is firstly made in this field, court and Libraries were done on The System of The Turskish Education in The Republic Time. There had been seen; firstly there are not structured and their hearts in our century's People and whose ideals are not educated and their haven't got idealists. With this reason, we can talke about there aren't ideals then may be ideologies. Secondly, another one specials in which are widing of ideologies and who have regard as the best instruments to Educational Institutions. In the becoming socialized of the politics and the changing of the social that there are the rolls of the educational institutions. There are according tho their political structure. When are the time of being this organized, who are pressure their schools and they criticize. But, in the time of welfare are doing the ideological functions of the schools and the teaching functions and that are not discussed. Especially, there are withouth strength oppositional ideologies and there are sub-organization of the offical idiology's. Because, the people are recognised of the political structure. Here, with this reason, in this study are researched The Republic Time of The Turkish Educational System.
