Studies on the Fauna and Ecology of the Some of Quadrifinae Species Which Is the Group of Noctuidae of Van Lake Basin (Noctuidae, Lepidoptera)

Abstract

Bu doktora tezinde Van Gölü Havzası'nda yayılış gösteren Acontiinae, Amphipyrinae, Calpinae, Catocalinae, Chloephorinae, Condicinae, Earidiinae, Eustrotiinae, Euteliinae, Hermininae, Hypeninae, Plusiinae, Psaphidinae ve Stiriinae altfamilyalarına ait toplam 820 örnek faunistik, ekolojik ve zoocoğrafik açıdan değerlendirilmiştir. Tez materyali 2005-2008 tarihleri arasında yazar tarafından çalışma bölgesinden toplanmıştır. Ayrıca tezde Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ömer Koçak ve Yrd. Doç. Dr. Muhabbet Kemal Koçak tarafından 2001-2008 tarihleri arasında çalışma bölgesinden toplanan örnekler de değerlendirilmiştir.Tez; giriş, kaynak bildirişleri, materyal yöntem, bulgular ve tartışma sonuç olmak üzere 5 ana başlık altında ele alınmıştır. Tezin giriş bölümünde, çalışmanın amacı ve önemi, tez konusu olan altfamilyalar hakkında genel bilgiler ve çalışma bölgesi olan Van Gölü Havzası'nın coğrafik özelliklerinden bahsedilmiştir. Kaynak bildirişleri bölümünde çalışma süresince faydalanılan kaynakların sınıflandırılmasına ve hangi açıdan yararlanıldığına yer verilmiştir. Materyal yöntem bölümünde, örneklerin araziden toplanması, standart müze materyali haline getirilebilmesi için uygulanan aşamalar ve teşhis yöntemlerinden bahsedilmiştir. Bulgular bölümünde her türün taksonomik referansı, sinonimleri, Türkiye'deki yayılışı, alttürü, tespit edildiği alanın coğrafik özellikleri, larva besin bitkileri ve zoocoğrafik yapısına yer verilmektedir. Tartışma ve sonuç bölümünde ise bulgular bölümü ile literatür bilgilerinin birlikte değerlendirilmesiyle faunistik, ekolojik ve zoocoğrafik veriler ayrıntılarıyla ortaya konarak tartışılmıştır.Sonuç olarak çalışma alanından Acontiinae, Amphipyrinae, Calpinae, Catocalinae, Chloephorinae, Condicinae, Earidiinae, Eustrotiinae, Euteliinae, Hermininae, Hypeninae, Plusiinae, Psaphidinae ve Stiriinae altfamilyalarına ait 101 olan tür sayısı 133'e çıkartılmıştır. Tespit edilen türlerden 28'i Van için 38'i Bitlis için yeni kayıt olarak literatüre eklenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Fauna, Ekoloji, Zoocoğrafya, Noctuidae.

In this doctorate thesis, totally 820 specimens are evaluated from the faunistic, ecological and zoogeographical standpoints, belonging to Acontiinae, Amphipyrinae, Calpinae, Catocalinae, Chloephorinae, Condicinae, Earidiinae, Eustrotiinae, Euteliinae, Hermininae, Hypeninae, Plusiinae, Psaphidinae and Stiriinae subfamilies recorded in Van Lake territory. The materials are collected by the author between 2005 and 2008 in the studying area. Additionally, specimens collected by Prof.Dr. Ahmet Ömer Koçak and Asistant Prof.Dr. Muhabbet Kemal Koçak between 2001 and 2008 in the same territory are evaluated.Disposition of the thesis consists of 5 main chapters as follows: introduction, source notifying, material and method, findings and results discussion. In introduction; aim and importance of the study, general information about subfamilies in question and geographic properties of Van Lake territory are mentioned. In source notifying chapter, classification of sources used and aspect of its utilized is given. In material and method chapter; collecting of specimens in the territory, the steps to turn into standard museum material and recognizing methods are mentioned. In findings chapter; for each species taxonomic reference, synonyms, dispersion in Turkey, subspecies, geographic properties it is found, larva food plant and zoogeographic properties is given. In debate-conclusion section; finding section and faunistic, ecological and zoogeographical data which is considered with literature is discussed in detail.In conclusion, the number of species belonging to Acontiinae, Amphipyrinae, Calpinae, Catocalinae, Chloephorinae, Condicinae, Earidiinae, Eustrotiinae, Eutceliinae, Hermininae, Hypeninae, Plusiinae, Psaphidinae and Stiriinae subfamilies is rised to 133 from 101 in the territory. Discoveries of new 28 species is registered the literature for Van and 38 new species for Bitlis.Key words: Fauna, Ecology, Zoogeography, Noctuidea.
