Abstract
In this study, stomach, breast, neck-head and cancers of patients diagnosed as having cancer in the Hospital Education Research and Performed Yuzuncu Yıl University and that was performed for the determination of the levels of stomach, breast, neck-head and cancers of 37 patients diagnosed as having cancer in the Yuzuncu Yıl University Faculty of Medicine Department of Radiation Oncology and 15 healthy volunteers at same department with negative cancer signs. The activitys of catalase of sick (before radiotherapy) and health groups were 0,790bA 0,91 (EU/gHg)-1; 0,420bA 0,310A (EU/gHg)-1; 1,010bA 0,79 (EU/gHg)-1, and 44,090a 42,70 (EU/gHg)-1 for nect-head, breast, and stomach cancer respectıvely. Differance between the avarege levels of groups were not significantly important (p<0,05). The activitys of catalase of sick (after radiotherapy) and health groups were 2,070bA 2,73 (EU/gHg)-1; 4,760bA 6,820A (EU/gHg)-1; 0,580bB 0,35 (EU/gHg)-1, and 44,090a 42,70 (EU/gHg)-1 for nect-head, breast, stomach cancer, and health groups respectıvely. Differance between the avarege levels of groups were significantly important (p<0,05). CA (carbonic anhydrase) activitys of sick before radiotherapy and health groups were 0,740aA 0,04 (EU/gHg)-1; 0,740aA 0,030A (EU/gHg)-1; 0,530aA 0,62 (EU/gHg)- 1, and 2,074 1,807 (EU/gHg)-1 for nect-head, breast, stomach cancer, and health groups respectıvely. Differance between the avarege levels of groups were not significantly important (p>0.05). CA (carbonic anhydrase) activitys of sick after radiotherapy and health groups were 0,740aA 0,05 (EU/gHg)-1; 0,740aA 0,030A (EU/gHg)-1; 0,720aA 0,03 (EU/gHg)-1, and 2,074 1,807 (EU/gHg)-1 for nect-head, breast, stomach cancer, and health groups respectıvely. After that serum element levels of copper (Cu), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn), Cobalt (Co), iron (Fe), cadmium (Cd), manganese (Mn), and magnesium (Mg) concentrations were determined in sick and healthy groups respectively. Serum levels of copper (Cu), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn), Cobalt (Co), iron (Fe), cadmium (Cd) , manganese (Mn), and magnesium (Mg) concentrations, before and after radiotherapy between nect-head cancer with health groups and differance between the avarege levels of groups were significantly important (p<0,05). Serum levels of copper (Cu), lead (Pb) , zinc (Zn), Cobalt (Co), iron (Fe), cadmium (Cd), manganese (Mn), and magnesium (Mg) concentrations, before and after radiotherapy between breast cancer with health groups and differance between the avarege levels of groups were significantly important (p<0,05). In addition, Serum levels of copper (Cu), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn), Cobalt (Co), iron (Fe), cadmium (Cd), manganese (Mn), and magnesium (Mg) concentrations, before and after radiotherapy between stomach cancer with health groups and differance between the avarege levels of groups were significantly important (p<0,05).
