Abstract

6. ÖZETNiğde, tarihû açıdan önemli bir ilimizdir. Osmanlı Devleti'nin hakimiyetinegirdikten sonra, Niğde'nin şehir hayatında hızlı bir canlanma meydana gelmiştir. İşte,bu canlanmayla birlikte Niğde'de şer'iyye sicil defterleri tutulmaya başlanmıştır.Şer'iyye sicil defterleri, Osmanlı Tarihi araştırmacıları için birinci derecedenöneme sahip kaynaklardır. Bunlar, kaydedildiği dönemdeki halkın sosyal, idarû,hukukû, iktisadû ve kültürel yapısı hakkında bilgi verir. Niğde Şer'iyye SicilDefterleri sayesinde de, Niğde'nin toplumsal hayatını, kültürel ve ekonomik yapısınıtespit etme imkânı buluyoruz.Çalışmamızın konusunu oluşturan 4 Numaralı Niğde Şer'iyye SicilDefteri'nin ilk 191 sayfası, H. 1311-1313 / M. 1893-1895 yılları arasındaki belgelerikapsamaktadır.Tezimize, konu hakkında genel bir bilgi vermek amacıyla, girişmahiyetindeki bölümümüzle başladık. Daha sonra Niğde'nin tarihi ve şer'iyyesicilleri hakkında bilgi verdik. Bunun devamında ise 4 Numaralı Niğde Şer'iyyeSicili'nin özelliklerini, fihristini ve transkripsiyonunu verdik. Tezimizin sonuçkısmında ise, 4 Numaralı Niğde Şer'iyye Sicili'nin genel bir değerlendirmesiyapılmıştır. Buna göre, bu çalışma ile Niğde'nin H. 1311-1313 / M. 1893-1895yılları arasındaki sosyal, idarû, hukukû, iktisadû, kültürel, adlû yapısı ile müslüman-gayrımüslim ilişkileri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.336ABSTRACTNiğde is an important city in terms of historical aspect. After beingdominated by Ottomon Empire, there is an quick activation in the city life ofNiğde.Thus; by this activation, şer?iyye registers being used in Niğde.Şer?iyye registers are the sources having the importance of first level forresearchers of Otomon History. They give information about the social,administrative, legal, economic and cultural structures of the society in which theyare written. And, we have the opportunity of proving the social life, cultural andeconomic structures of Niğde thanks to Niğde?s Şer?iyye Registers.The first 191 pages of 4. Niğde?s Şer?iyye Register which forms the subjectof our study contains the documents of the years between H. 1311-1313 / B.C. 1893-1895.We start to our thesis with the introduction part in order to giving a generalinformation about the subject. Then, we give information about the history andŞer?iyye Registers of Niğde-Moreover, we give the features, index, transcription of4. Niğde?s Şer?iyye Register. And, in the conclusion part of our thesis a generalevaluation of the 4. Niğde?s Şer?iyye Register has made. Thus, by this study thesocial, administrative, legal, economic, cultural, judicial structures of Niğde betweenthe years of H. 1311-1313 / B.C. 1893-1895 and the relationships of moslems-nonmoslems are tried to prove.
