A Taxonomical Research on the Macrofungi Grown in Hakkâri City Center and Çukurca District
Abstract
Bunlar; Pterulicium gracile, Lindtneria trachyspora, Bisporella pallescen, Discina fastigiata, Entoloma phaeocyathum, Flammulaster carpophilus, Hemimycena hirsuta, Lachnella alboviolascens, Mycena arcangeliana, Mycena citrinomarginata, Mycoacia livida, Cyathicula amenti, Pyrenopeziza baraliana, Mollisia rosae, Pyrenopeziza atrata, Pachyella adnata, Clavaria falcata ve Ascobolus lignatilis'tir. Teşhis edilen makromantar türlerinin sistematikleri, bazidiokarp, askokarp ve spor fotoğrafları, diğer özellikler, yayılışları ve yeni kayıt türlerin tanımlamaları sunulmuştur.
This study was conducted on macrofungal samples that grew spontaneously within the borders of Hakkâri center and Çukurca district and were collected as a result of field studies conducted between 2020-2022. Colorful photographs of the mushroom taxa collected during the field studies were taken in their growing areas, and the ecological and morphological characteristics of these mushrooms and the knowledge of the local people about macrofungi were recorded. As a result of the field and laboratory studies carried out, it was determined that the samples were determined to be a total of 370 macrofungal species distributed in 17 orders, 74 families and 155 genera belonging to the Dothideomycetes, Leotiomycetes, Orbiliomycetes, Pezizomycetes, Sordariomycetes, Agaricomycetes and Tremellomycetes classes. 79 of them were determined as edible, 254 as inedible and 37 as poisonous. Additionally, 18 macrofungi species were newly identified in this study, contributing as new records to the mycota of our country. These include; Pterulicium gracile, Lindtneria trachyspora, Bisporella pallescen, Discina fastigiata, Entoloma phaeocyathum, Flammulaster carpophilus, Hemimycena hirsuta, Lachnella alboviolascens, Mycena arcangeliana, Mycena citrinomarginata, Mycoacia livida, Cyathicula amenti, Pyrenopeziza baraliana, Mollisia rosae, Pyrenopeziza atrata, Pachyella adnata, Clavaria falcata and Ascobolus lignatilis. Systematics of the identified macrofungal species, basidiocarp, ascocarp and spore photographs, other characteristics, distribution and descriptions of new recorded species are presented.
