Difference Equations and Stability of the Difference Equations

Abstract

Bu tez çalışması dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde fark denklemlerinin kararlılığı ve Lyapunov kararlılığı ile ilgili olarak literatürde yapılmış olan çalışmalar özetlendi. İkinci bölümde fark denklemleri ve çözümleri ile ilgili temel tanım ve teoremlere yer verildi. Üçüncü bölümde iki farklı fark denklem sistemi için kararlılık tanım ve teoremleri örneklerle verildi. Dördüncü bölümde lineer ve lineer olmayan fark denklemlerinin çözümlerinin Lyapunov kararlılığı incelendi.

This thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, some scientific works done in the literature with respect to the stability of difference equations and Lyapunov's stability are summarized. In the second chapter, some basic definitions and theorems with respect to differences equations and their solutions are stated. In the third chapter, the stability definitions and theorems with examples are given for two different difference equations system. In the fourth chapter, the Lyapunov stability of solutions of lineer and nonlinear difference equations are examined.
