Determining Vitamin E Levels With HPLC Method in Some Kind of Hazelnut Species Which Are Grown in the Akcaabat Region of Trabzon

Abstract
Bu çalışmada, HPLC ( Yüksek Performanslı Sıvı Kromatografisi ) yöntemi ile Trabzon ili Akçaabat yöresinde yetiştirilen bazı fındık çeşitlerindeki (Cavcava, Çakıldak, Karafındık, Tombul, Yassı Badem) Vitamin E düzeyleri tespit edilmiştir. Örneklerin kuru fındıklarındaki ?- tokoferol miktarları sırasıyla; 2.32 ± 0.07 µg/g, 4.09 ± 0.17 µg/g, 5.29 ± 0.25 µg/g, 1.59 ± 0.02 µg/g, 3.11 ± 0.08 µg/g ve ?- tokoferol miktarları çeşitlere göre sırasıyla; 12.72 ± 0.15 µg/g, 9.40 ± 0.14 µg/g, 10.14 ± 0.12 µg/g, 9.52 ± 0.14 µg/g, 7.52 ± 0.23 µg/g olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırmada yaş fındıklardaki ?- tokoferol miktarları sırasıyla; 1.30 ± 0.05 µg/g, 1.33 ± 0.02 µg/g, 1.26 ± 0.02 µg/g, 1.71 ± 0.03 µg/g 1.96 ± 0.06 µg/g ?- tokoferol miktarları da çeşitlere göre sırasıyla; 5.88 ± 0.14 µg/g 8.26 ± 0.13 µg/g 4.80 ± 0.06 µg/g 4.71 ± 0.08 µg/g 10.85 ± 0.13 µg/g olarak tespit edilmiştir
In this work, with the help of HPLC method (High Performance Liquid Chromotography), it is determined vitamin E levels in some kind of hazelnut species, which are grown in Akcaabat region of Trabzon such as; (Cavcava, Çakıldak, Karafındık, Tombul, Yassı Badem). In the dry hazelnuts of the samples ?-tocopherol amounts with sequence; 2.32 ± 0.07 µg/g 4.09 ± 0.17 µg/g 5.29 ± 0.25 µg/g 1.59 ± 0.02 µg/g 3.11 ± 0.08 µg/g and ?- tocopherol amounts as to species with sequence; 12.72 ± 0.15 µg/g, 9.40 ± 0.14 µg/g, 10.14 ± 0.12 µg/g, 9.52 ± 0.14 µg/g, 7.52 ± 0.23 µg/g it was determined.
