Statistical Theory of Thermodynamic Properties of Electron Gas in Quantizing Magnetic Field
Abstract
Bu çalışmada dış manyetik alanda enerji spektrumunun kuantumlanması göz önüne alınarak, elektron gazının termodinamik özelliklerinin istatistik teorisi araştırılmıştır. Dolayısıyla, kuantum sisteminin istatistik ağırlığı , durum yoğunluğu , büyük termodinamik potansiyeli hesaplanmış ve daha sonra Gibbs yöntemi esasında elektron gazının kimyasal potansiyeli , termik ve kalorik hal denklemlerinin açık şekli, entropisi , ısı sığası vb. büyüklükler ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir.
In this study, statistical theory of thermodynamic properties of electron gas was investigated in terms of quantization of energy spectrum in external magnetic field. Statistical weight of quantum system , density of states and thermodynamic Gibbs potential were calculated. Then, quantities like chemical potential of electron gas , explicit forms of thermal and caloric equations of states, entropy (S), heat capacity etc. were investigated in detail.
