ÖZET SONUÇ VE ÖNER LERBu bölümde, araştırmanın özeti, araştırmada ulaşılan sonuçlar ve bu sonuçlardoğrultusunda sunulan önerilere yer verilmiştir.5.1 ÖZETAraştırma, ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerinperformanslarının çoklu kaynaklarla değerlendirme sisteminin uygulanabilirliğininbelirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla ilköğretim okullarında görev yapanöğretmen ve yöneticilerin, öğretmen performansının çoklu kaynaklarladeğerlendirilmesi konusundaki görüşlerine başvurulmuştur.Araştırmanın evreni, 2005-2006 öğretim yılında Van ili merkezinde görevyapan yönetici ve öğretmenleri kapsamaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, isetabakalı yöntemle 6 eğitim bölgesinden rastlantısal olarak seçilen 18 resmi, 3 özelolmak üzere toplam 21 ilköğretim okulunda görev yapan 49 yönetici ve 333öğretmen oluşturmaktadır.Araştırmanın veri toplama aracı olarak anket kullanılmıştır. Anketihazırlamak için konuyla ilgili literatür tarama çalışması yapılmıştır. Yapılançalışmalarla elde edilen madde havuzundaki ifadeler hakkında uzman ve öğretmengörüşlerine başvurularak 35 maddeden oluşan anket elde edilmiştir. Ankette ilk beşmadde, öğretmen performansının çoklu kaynaklarla değerlendirilmesi; 6-10 arasımaddeler, öğretmen performansının değerlendirilmesinde öğrenci görüşlerininalınması; 11-15 arası maddeler, öğretmen performansının değerlendirilmesinde veligörüşlerinin alınması; 16-20 arası maddeler, öğretmen performansınındeğerlendirilmesinde zümre öğretmenlerinin görüşlerinin alınması; 21-25 arasımaddeler, öğretmen performansının değerlendirilmesinde, değerlendirilenöğretmenin görüşlerinin alınması; 26-30 arası maddeler, öğretmen performansınındeğerlendirilmesinde, yöneticilerin görüşlerinin alınması; 31-35 arası maddeler,öğretmen performansının değerlendirilmesinde, müfettişlerin görüşlerinin alınmasıile ilgilidir.Kişisel özellikleri kapsamında tanımlanabilecek cinsiyet, okul türü ve meslekikıdem gibi bağımsız değişkenlere göre, ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan yöneticive öğretmenlerinin belirttikleri görüşleri arasındaki ilişkiyi değerlendirmek üzereKhi-kare ( x 2 ) çözümlemesi yapılmıştır.Yapılan bu araştırmada; cinsiyet, okul türü, kıdem değişkenlerine göre verilencevaplar arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Anlamlılıkdüzeyi .05 olarak alınmıştır.
137ABSTRACTThe research has been made with the aim of determining applicability thesystem of evaluating teachers? performance with multiple sources who are employedin primary schools. With this aim, to opinions of teachers and administratorsemployed in primary schools on evaluating teacher performance with multiplesources have been referred.The universe of research comprises the teachers and administratorsemployed in Van city center in 2005-2006 school year. And the pattern of researchcomprehends 49 administrators and 333 teachers who are employed in 21 primaryschools, 18 of them formal and 3 of them private schools, which have been chosenrandomly among 6 education region by classifying methods as research?s dataaccumulation means, survey has been used. To prepare the survey literature researchstudy has been done on subject. Referring to teacher and specialist opinion onexpressions in article pool which obtained by studies, a survey consisting of 35articles has been obtained. In survey the initial five articles are about evaluatingteacher performance with multiple sources; the articles between 6-10 are abouttaking student?s opinion on evaluating teacher performance, the one between 11-13are about taking student protector?s opinion on evaluating teacher performance, theones between 16-20 are about taking group teachers? opinion on evaluating teacherperformance, the ones between 21-25 are about taking the evaluated teacher?sopinion on evaluating teacher performance, the ones between 26-30 are about takingadministrators? opinion on evaluating teacher performance, and the ones between 31-35 are about taking inspectors? opinion on evaluating teacher performance.Khi-square (x 2 ) analysis has been made in order to evaluate the relationbetween opinions stated by teachers and administrators employed in primary schoolsaccording to independent variations like gender, kind of school and seniority ofprofession which can be defined in comprehension of their personal features.In this research according to variations of kind of school and seniority ofprofession statistically outstanding differences have been found among the answers.Meaning level has been taken as .05.
